FYI: Changing out bulbs while they still get power.... You can blow fuses that way. :P
I get that it's for video demonstration purposes though.
Wouldn't recommend changing them out with the power on. But it looks really boring for video if the powers not connected.

I bought your OLM "Extreme Bright" Reverse LEDs 4.5 years ago. Still running strong after all New England weathers. Lots are asking what LED is it in my videos too. Bright and perfect white.
I don't know, I think I'm cool with my license plate lights being a bit dim, if you know what I mean
The have lazer radars, night vision, 2nd hand Taliban killing gear and high speed helicopters but i would also like to increase my odds in anyway possible..
Pro tips:
1) keep the interior light switch off before the install
2) once you open the trunk, disconnect the cables going into the trunk light (from the left)
3) by the time you remove the trunk light cover, the bulb will be cool
4) when installing the interior light, you might want to bend the metal contact the bulb is held with, but be careful not to short it against anything else (sparks!)

I'm sure OLM is ok, but I went with all diode dynamics for my LEDs. Every single bulb replaced by diode dynamics. Amazing quality! (Side note, If you're getting turn signals for the front/rear from diode dynamics. Get the brightest option that they sell. The sun can wash out your LEDs, and I went went with the medium option)
Diode Dynamics is a great option, we just went with the more affordable for this video.
I went with diode dynamics as well for my current brz and my last brz. great quality. OLM is great too as I have them for my front fender turn signals

Daniyal Wasti Top 5 first mods on a brz would be
1) arm rest
2) coilovers
3) uel headers (with tune)
4) wheels and tires
5) short throw
For affordable, and reliable power you should do a full exhaust system with a tune including headers. But you should probably do suspension and wheels and tires before that.
Next would be a flex fuel sensor so you could run E85
Then the last way to really get power is forced induction. Supercharger are typically easier to install and will compliment the style and characteristic of the engine and if you have an aftermarket header you can still use it. With relatively low boost can can keep it reliable without having to change anything engine/tranny wise. You can always get a little more power out of a supercharger but for bigger power a turbo setup would be better. They are harder to install and maintain and you would have to do a decent amount of stuff to keep the engine cool and the proper fuel ratios. There’s a lot more differences but you would have to do your own research for what you want exactly.
Also get an arm rest if you daily the car. it will be the best purchase out of all your purchase

I want to go down the affordable but slightly more power route.
Daniyal Wasti again it comes down to preference. A UEL header will sound deeper and have that “subie rumble” and bring more power in the lower to mid rpm’s and an EL will have a more racecar sound with more power mid to high rpm’s
if you want lowering springs you can get the subaru or trd lowering springs or a more affordable option is getting the eibach lowering which is the same as the trd ones just not branded as trd.
Daniyal Wasti if you’re willing to put around $1500 into power than an aftermarket header and a tune will give you a nice bump in power but it will broaden the power band more.

Just the BRZ gets it. I've got an 86 GT, and even with the upgraded trim there's not trunk liner. Just gotta buy it separately.

Peter Sosa that’s not hard, you just put the oem flap on the rear and drill holes when the holes would originally go and put tabs in them
