Sounds healthy, early 69 if it came with a 327. 307 replaced it early on.

I have the numbers matching 210 HP 327 sitting in the corner. I did not want to risk that motor.

Thank you for not putting 30" GHETTO REEHUUMS with no tires on it, and not putting a computer under the hood instead of an engine.

Its a cool "old school" hot rod. Wont deviate from that much.

Is that how they say rims in your community? That’s a sickness you have. All I was supposed to do is leave a comment on how I love this car and it’s right in my wheel house. Cars are a lifestyle and a representation of the owners tastes. be respectful. Build yours the way you like it. It’s a judgement free zone. People didn’t like that carol shelby put v8 engines in an ace. They didn’t have to buy it!

@@jayomega29 "reehuums" is ghetto speak, known as "ebonics" for those huge wheels (to me anything larger in diameter than 15" on a car) that pimps, drug dealers, gang members, and any other criminals put on their cars as a status symbol. Like wearing super baggy pants that fit so loose that you have to hold them up with your hands. For some reason, at least in the U.S., mainstream society loves to copy ghetto culture, and normal people started putting this trash on their cars. Then even the auto manufacturers got in on it, and now it's almost impossible to even find a minivan that doesn't have these huge ghetto wheels with maybe an inch of rubber wrapped around them. To me this is one of the most vile, disgusting things you can do to a car, especially a classic car.

As R-K said I very much wanted it to be "old school". A hot rod that would have been a daily driver to high school in the 70s or 80s. Sort of like the 69 I had back then ! We successfully pulled that off. When I am driving down the road in it , it very much feels like 1985 ! The good ole days.........

@@geraldscott4302 your a bigot. The first big wheel wasn’t available in the “ghetto” or in America for that matter for almost a year. It was a 20 inch Lorinser D93. For the 1992 S500 Mercedes. Europeans loved them. The world followed suit. The ghetto doesn’t make wheels or baggy clothes or drugs or any other stereotype you can think of. All that is shipped in. Meth is allegedly made in your neighbors bathtub but that’s not the point. Your sonnet in regards to my message to be respectful to others made you delve deeper into your bigotry. I am not a fan of large wheels. But I can care less who likes them. Enjoy the Camaro in the video. I did. It’s like your mouth gets wet thinking about other people that don’t do what you want them to do. Your a narcissist and a bigot.
