This bloke is the best advertising for true Aussie working class truckies who do stop to help others on the side of the road. Cheers to you Steve and all the truckies doing the job that keeps us all fed and clothed, with a roof over our heads and a car in the driveway. All the best to all Truckies. 🇦🇺🦘🐨🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🐨🦘🇦🇺 From Sydney.
What a bloody top bloke. The definition of outback people in this great Country. Honest, hardworking, help anyone out and NEVER, EVER gives up no matter how tough things get. Thanks Steve, you're a legend mate. My vote for Australian Of The Year : STEVE GRAHAME
keep the show on thew road steve.. awesome bloke you are.. no steve no outback truckers.. thanks prospero produtions for this amazing show.. we love this show in denmark..
Steve you are a star. Thanks for the talk. enjoy the show. I am one of the blokes who phoned you I am so glad others have made the effort to thank you. You have lifted the profile of all Aussie rural small business people making a living doing all sorts of different things. Dave.
This is a beautiful show! Steves speech brought emotion. Very patriotic. Followed it from the very first episode and I couldn't believe trucks like those do exist. I remember Matt Riche's convoy from the first episode that was my favourite. I also mourned the sad losses we had Dougal Brett and Noelen Turner. Laughed at the great moments with Turbo and Yogi & Amanda. I would sit through nail biting moments watching Steve Grahame, Kristen Reynolds and old Russel (THE KINGS OF DIRT). Watched oversize loads being delivered mining towns through cities, animals being carried from one point to the other (even as small as bees), and beautiful good Samaritans lending a helping hand like Yogi's hay run to the hard hit farms for economic recovery. Big ups to the crew; cameramen for their relentless efforts to always keep up with the action no matter the conditions. They brought it all together, the publishers and the same Narrator who kept us on track with the each episode. The dogs too that participated in these wild funfilled adventures (I remember lil Royroy stopping a whole roadtrain just to pee lol!) Much love to everyone All the way from Botswana ❤
Great stuff Steve some fantastic yarns, I think you summed up nicely what most folk that have been featured on Out Back Truckers would loved to have said to the production crew at Prospero... I was going up Elephant pass in North East Tasmania and Elliot decided he wanted a shot looking down over me about 200 meters into the bottom of the raven. He was standing up on the passenger seat , when I wheeled the truck round a tight left hander and the next thing I knew Elliott ( with camera ) was sprawled across my lap apologizing to me asking if we were about to disappear down the cliff. For various reasons we all got very wet doing that shoot. We filmed 5 weeks before Christmas and I think it was the first time Steve had seen snow. I'd love to do more with the great bunch of folk at OBT...but I think between Ricky Sutcliff and the fire storm, the Honey guys and my self we covered just about everything here. A few years ago I did an article for a British Truck mag and next to my name was a photo of Elliott Buchan.... Jeff Elliot still hauling fish Tasmania......

You find legends in the strangest places, who would imagine legends in big dusty rigs hammering down a bush track.
Dead set Legend 🤙
Good on you brutha
What would steve grahame do?
Would've been better if you filmed it in front of the speakers. Too muffled.
2 thumbs down?
