Omg thank you for this recipe, Marion! I take care of my mom, she has an incurable metastatic stage IV cancer and when I make this, I do it the usual, never ending authentic way. You just saved me SO. MUCH. TIME!!! You are THE BEST!!! My mom loves this as well so now she doesn’t have to wait hours for it LoL! (I’m good at cooking but I’m not fast 🤫) ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I've always liked spicy food. Since I started transitioning (MTF), I've craved it even more so. The hotter, the better. One of these days, I want to try Carolina Reapers.

Marion you always manage to pop these up when I'm HUNGRIEST! LOL, just walked in from work... Also, I just came to the realization watching.... I'm a harcore PBS fan from early childhood on. The cookin cajun Justin Trudeau was the THING years ago when I was a wee lad and I watched it with my Grandpa. I've been cooking my entire life and have followed all the PBS chefs over the years, followed by Food Network of course! Anyhow, I realized, RUclips Chef's are NOW THE THING! AND? YOU ARE HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE!!!! I've made a few of your recipes so far and in the next year will make it all! Like you I LOVE SPICY! THAI SPICY! Lastly, I can never remember if you've landed in Thailand or are Down Under! Either way, if I ever had the chance, I'd die to cook dinner with you and chow down! Your lovely, passioinate about food, and yeah, this guy has a full on crush on Marion! :-) Thank you, alway's for sharing your creations, your passion for food, and incredible warm personality! :-)

Oh what a lovely comment to read Jack! You really have made my day :-) Thank you so much! I've landed in Australia since COVID. Can't wait to return to Thailand when I can! Hope I can continue to bring you all the SPICY THINGS on my channel! x

@@Marionskitchen And you MINE!!!! I'm envious of you being in both locations! They are on my bucket list at the TOP! I've always said two places if I go I don't think I'll ever return, Italy (the center of so many beautiful things throughout history, art, architecture, music, literature and FOOD AND WINE!) and Thailand for all the same reasons!!! I actually looked at what it takes to emmigrate to Austalia a couple years ago and found I waited to long! I'm outside of the age requirement! Food is at the center of all cultural beauty. I've never understood the term "tolerance". I've had friends from around the globe and have alway's celebrated their culture with them and felt blessed to share a piece of their life and mine. Tolerate what? CELEBRATE!!! Lastly, always remember you are living the life, no matter the amount of money, you are blessed to pursue your passion and share it with all of us! You make my day, every time you share, and for that you are a lovely, wonderful, incredible human being Dear Marion! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! :-)

@@feverspell Thanks feverspell! I realized that Trudeau is a politican after posting that! LOL! YES! I'm tired, long day! Yes, Justin Wilson was a rock star long before Paul Prudhomme (may he rest in peace and his bible cookbook is on the shelf next to me!). Loved his show and my grandfathers impersonations of him! Also? Like Thai, Cajun is such an incredible cuisine! Went to New Orleans some years ago, actually, oddly, two weeks before Katrina (was heartbreaking to see that after) and ate myself silly!

@@feverspell thanks for clarifying! I was so confused, was the Prime Minister of Canada a food influencer in the before times? America voted in a reality TV “star” so I had to keep and open mind but I couldn’t really see it.

You can just use a pair of tongs! If you have the ones with the thinner tips they’d be great but honestly any tongs (or even a pair of forks!) would work great
