Congratulations. It turned out to be a very nice house. I could certainly live there. I looked up the plan and noticed a few small changes. You swapped the water closet and the shower in the master bath. You also managed to carve out a small office where the laundry should have been by relocating the W/D to the spot where the half bath was located. Good job. I wish there was a normal speed version of the walk-through but otherwise, very nice.
I pour concrete for new construction homes every day and I’m still amazed at how much work goes into building a house. This is absolutely beautiful and finishing the garage like that is just going the extra mile. Nice work

Your house is beautiful! I really like the layout. By chance do you have a link to the floor plan? I’d like to learn how the spaces are organized in such a compact footprint.
I think I found it - The Edgemoor Plan from House Plan Zone. But your studio looks custom. That’s nifty how you carved it out of there.
Put the dirt higher than the sealant on the cinder block wall, moisture will seep into blocks creating mold on inside.

I have my house plans ready but I'm still waiting to buy property to build my house, Niagara Falls Canada property is way too expensive lol a decent lot is $500,000, so ive been looking to build in prince albert saskatchewan because you can buy 6 acres is only $100,000

Just a question!!, How is it possible that you build houses without only 1 pile going into the ground for the foundation, is that because the ground is so very dry or so firm, I live in the Netherlands myself and always have to go there first piles in the ground before a house can be built!!>>greetings Harry

Where are you that those footings meet code requirements? Even in MA they don't allow that and we have so much rock in the ground it's crazy. That house is going to sink.

I could not believe your jurisdiction allowed you to build over the top of organic matter, i.e. the grass, rather than stripping the sod first.
