Congratulations. It turned out to be a very nice house. I could certainly live there. I looked up the plan and noticed a few small changes. You swapped the water closet and the shower in the master bath. You also managed to carve out a small office where the laundry should have been by relocating the W/D to the spot where the half bath was located. Good job. I wish there was a normal speed version of the walk-through but otherwise, very nice.

What determines the direction the floor joists will go? I noticed they were in different directions.

Put the dirt higher than the sealant on the cinder block wall, moisture will seep into blocks creating mold on inside.
