Not the pianist, sorry, uh-uh, she's not up to snuff. I say this as a jazz pianist myself who has heard all of the greatest jazz pianists. ALL of them (I'm 83 years old).

Really nice to see women finally on the jazz scene. I experience this as an 83-year-old feminist who was very active in the late 60s early 70s women's movement. There were almost no women musicians in jazz except for singers. Not that the human voice isn't the greatest of all instruments. But women were pigeon-holed into vocals without being welcomed on all instruments. Also, men didn't hire women musicians. There have been rare and welcome exceptions (though the most notable isn't coming to my mind at the moment). Finally there are some fine women jazz instrumentalists and some of them are here.

Unfortunately, the pianist is mediocre at best. This band should have a world-class pianist. This woman isn't it.
