Did this after today’s upper body/ab class and it felt FANTASTIC! It’s so EASY to not realize how much stress I hold in my neck and shoulders until I do a stretch like this and realize just how tense I was!

Easy!!! My arms and shoulders feel so nice. I have noticed after doing the stretches, I keep reminding myself whenever I sit at a desk, to sit up straight and push my shoulders down, like I do during the stretches!

This has definitely gotten me into the habit of doing this every AM after I take the dog out. It's so easy to do: take her out, do my stretch then get ready for my day. Not a big time commitment I hope I will keep it up after the challenge because it is good for my mind and my body. Thank you for making it a challenge so I will do it, and hopefully continue.

After a full day of watching the Traeger for xmas eve dinner the tension in my neck and back, this was perfect.
What an easy relaxing stretch. It was much needed for my arms which are still sore from Monday's workout. I must have really listened when you encouraged us to go heavy🙂The beginning of this had some Titanic vibes with the flute music and the water. Nice. Thanks, Chris.

Did this after upper body class. When Chris said the word of the day was EASY I realized that doing these stretches SEATED that I have done millions of times, it really wasn’t easy. What I mean by that is I don’t think I realize how much my shoulders tend to want to go forward from sitting at my computer a large part of the day. I realize now I need to do more of these types of stretches while seated and continue to work on pulling my shoulders back. Thank you Chris!!! 🙏🏽

Yesterday we ordered 5 cubic yards of stone for landscaping. My husband has a bad back so I was in charge of shoveling it into the wheelbarrow and transporting it around our yard, which also has a small hill. My upper body was feeling it this morning. This mobility routine was exactly what I needed. Nothing was easy yesterday but this challenge has been EASY to incorporate daily. Thank you!
