It’s the black luxury for me. Successful black business owners. Makes me smile
Absolutely Ashanti!
I love their concept. They really put a lot of thought behind this project! Impressive! Blessings to all.
Blessings Nevaeh Powers!
This is amazing! I’ve been looking at this. I’m super excited for them!
I just found out about this community today. Unfortunately, they’re all sold out. Hopefully more homes will be built soon.
Definitely follow them on Instagram so that you will be the first to get in on their next community!
They are recreating history and I’m glad❤️anyone can live in these type of homes. Very beautiful.affordable and not so pricey.
I love to see us as black people networking with each other. I am from Ga, but I have never heard of this project or where it is located. I believe tiny is the way to go in the future my husband and I are getting older, and about to be empty nesters this sounds interesting.
It definitely is something to check out, especially if you are in Georgia winluv winluv. Tiny is the way to go!
Still no listings on Zillow. Seems kind of sus.

I am looking to do this here in FL. Just found out about this and doing the research. Great video
Wow I'd like to take my children to see this since we're in Atlanta
Definitely go check it out Chanel!
In my opinion, this micro community is catering to a special target market. This is not low income housing. This is not section 8 for people of color only. This is for success-driven professionals. Young I might add.
Yes, I agree
Yes! I think it's wonderful!
I am actually moving to GA in July & when I say this is PERFECT & the thing i’ve been looking for. Unfortunately looks like I might have been too late 😭 Thank you for this video 💛
You are welcome Maia Anderson...my suggestion is to reach out to them directly on social media and see what is available. You never know...you might get lucky! They also have additional plans for more tiny home developments in the area.
This is so exciting. I'm so happy to see this!
Yes Rakayia!
I like that they restricted the investors.
I agree, Our Exodus Life!
I checked the website. 180k+ for a tiny home is not a bargin. They need to work on the price point.
Hi Big K...Yes, I agree. The price point is a bit high, so hopefully they will learn from this first development and lower it in their future communities.
The price includes the home & all the amenities.
I don't think the price point is bad at all. Us black folk need to stop trying to play the black discount card for one. Secondly this complex has a lot to offer plus convenience all implicated. I love the smart home living the gated community meaning protection. Also it has people that are all in your se tax bracket that live around you. Just because black people built this doesnt mean it should be cheap.
@@jermaineajohnson299 I own a 3-bedroom 2-bath 2-car garage rental property in the Atlanta suburbs. I paid 70k for the house. It is worth about 130k now. I expect a tiny house to be cheaper than a normal-sized house. If not, what is the benefit?
@@bigk2198 I'd have to second 50 shades and say for the quality and sense of community being created, $180k is reasonable.
I can't find the website on Techie Homes Inc.

I love these, however Godby Road in College Park is a TERRIBLE area. I'm single with no kids at home. I would entertain this in the future if they build in a better area. I read these sold out in 50 days. I can bet if they build these in a nicer area they would sell out in 3 weeks to a month!
Prices would be higher also. They are starting at 180k. I remember a couple of years ago when you could get a tiny home for like 50-60k
This is down street from me. Would love to invest!
Definitely, check it out!
