Wow Robyn! Under 400 with 2 car plus a golf cart garage and an enclosed Florida room. I don't mind the rolled vinyl it'll last a while before it'll need to be changed. What I don't like about the Alder model is the lack of a proper foyer. But this will sell fast.
I have solid thick oak floors, even in my full walk up attic in the northeast ( built in 1929, I'm the second owner) so I'm not a fan of rolled vinyl in my home. But if I lived in a new construction home like you stated it does the job. Hope it sells fast, love the concrete block and stucco. Best wishes and Merry Christmas ✝️❄️🎄
I have rolled vynal floors and have not had any problems at all. Not where I want to put my money to replace at this time. Enclosed lanai and tile showers were my priority
If I for sure decide to come that way to retire I will contact you. I trust you. My brother and wife live in Bonifay, FL so I won't be right in their space. I still live in KY till either I retire or my mom passes away and my granddaughter graduates high school in 2 years. I can get everything going so I can get moved and adjusted.
Rolled or strip vinyl flooring is thinner and not as durable as LVP. We put rubber feet on our counter chairs after one of the legs damaged the flooring.

Very nice, I’d go with luxury vinyl plank vs roll. So he’s moving back to Northeast, guessing another NY Covid buy in ‘22. Priced good, wish him best.
Thanks for watching
Happy holidays Robyn
Happy Holidays to you too!

Only downfall it's gas not electric
Really, I love gas but its not for everyone. Thanks for watching!
I've always used electric. But I love house. Wish I was retiring next year.
