Would love to see you drive to see the neighborhood that leads to the house. That way I can see the nearest Walmart or stores,. When we moved part time in Las Vegas during pandemic, we just went with the nearest (zip codes) Whole Foods store in the area,site unseen, other than via zoom. It turned out great for us, we loved our neighborhood. I know RE agent we’re not supposed to provide you the crime statistics in the area, but yeah if you could., it’ll help for the prospective buyers to get a sense of the surrounding neighborhoods.
