Lovely home! I thoroughly enjoyed the design that was in the house, but for 2 people it's too big for my needs. For a family this would be incredible. Bought in Southern Highlands in Interlude and I think it's our forever home.
For the price compared to current Vegas real estate, this home should sell quick. Given its location, privacy and price per square feet, I’m surprised it’s still on the market. The only downside I see are no strip views and relatively small garage compared to the size of the home.

This whole property is huge, too much to maintain for me, but a very nice home for a very active family.

The dark wood will do that. A reno with lighter colored materials would make a big difference. Appreciate your watching and sharing your thoughts.
Right off the bat i don't like palm trees. I have them and they make such a ridiculous mess.
Question. If you loved loved loved a house that had palm trees, would you pass on the house or purchase and remove?
