Great house.
Downsides:
Section 10 is filled with random graffiti houses and weird homes and trashy people can be an issue. This 8 house neighborhood should have its own gate. $5m and ghetto birds can pull right up easily hop your fence and do a home invasion. All 8 neighbors should split the cost of a fence and monthly upkeep costs. No way $5m and anyone can drive right up to your massive pivot door and see right in.

Sorry about missing the premier. This has been redone with a lot of design thought. This is wowing. I'm taking notes, bec you can grab ideas from these places and apply them to smaller places.
A great fusion between a traditional and contemporary style. One of my favorite films is the original Rollerball. Bartholomew place in the movie was such a fusion, and it never grows outdated. This place has the same feeling.
That second office has this great take on a moody academic style. It is well done! Again, like wow!

Beautiful home. I am wondering why there is no fence around the front of the house.
Many homes in Las Vegas and Henderson are not fully enclosed off with a gate around their entire property line.
Media room is out of place poorly placed RV garage look like last minute add on, steps are in way door and steps should have been placed at rear of garage
