Hey Kaleb. My husband would love the space between the homes. 1st home like the front elevation. Oh. Don’t like seeing kitchens on entry but this is a sleek open concept with nice floors. Kitchen looks small but nice. Appreciate his/hers primary closet. Big fenced backyard to add a pool. Definitely has potential if can deal with 3beds to 1 bathroom. 2nd home cozy front elevation. Similar layout. 3rd home calling me re:4/3. Let’s see inside. Similar layout but 2 beds with Jack n Jill. Bed 3 and hall bath. Would pick this one for the 3rd bath. Great tours. These houses look like they were built by the same builder. Not my style I think it’s an award layout. The flooring is ugly like they got it on clearance and bought it up. Maybe if the builder would do some staging they might be able to sell them with this layout 🤷♀️
Kaleb, I like all the houses presented today. Prices seem to be trending in the right direction. I think a few people said the flooring was not very attractive and I agree I believe builders need to stop using that gray laminate flooring and go with something a little more natural looking. The bathrooms were really nice especially the soaking tubs. good value for people interested in living in Ocala.

They're nice and clean, but usually not in the nicest of neighborhoods is what I am finding. If a home seems like a super great price, it is such for a reason. Builders are only in it for one thing. Maximum profit.
