Deanna…your beautiful life is reflected in your beautiful countenance 😊
Thank you for this important interview.
It’s given me renewed vigor to get back to my feet!
I’ve joined your facebook group now, bc I have some very strange symptoms in my calves that doctors have never seen. I’ll post on Facebook.
It should be noted that Cyrus is 100% on board, so his results are spectacular. Anyone can do that, he doesn’t “have the market” on that. Devotion to a cause is a primary driver of success of every kind.
I say this because I totally believe in block therapy (in fact, I started sleeping on the floor like the Japanese, since Jan 2024) because I knew it would be like an 8 hour fascia treatment!
Yes, all my normal aches and pains have gone (I’m 62 yr old F) but they are slowly crawling back because I’ve been lazy with my feet and other areas.
I’ve been duly chastised by the video, that my body needs attention and it’s my responsibility.
I’ve shared this with many many friends.
    Thank you again!

This was an amazing interview. I am so relieved to know that I'm not the only one who still suffers aches and pains after being whole foods plant based for several years. In 2019 I started wearing barefoot shoes and it helped with a lot of foot and lower back pain, but my knees, hand joints and various upper body sites still hurt. At the end of 2019, I swit he'd from vegetarian for most of my life to whole food plant based and a lot of the joint pain went away, but I still get pain in my knees, my shoulder, my elbow and between my shoulder blades as well as neck and headache. I got both blocks and the starter program for Christmas and after 12 days have already had some improvement. Thank you for this.

Regarding calves and feet.... this is how I mobilize the fascia. Standing on a vibrational foam roller or ball. Tibialis raises til failure. This loosens the fascia around the shin and ankle. You can superset these with calve raises if you want. Tibialis raises are more important. As you do the tib raises use your hands to move the fascia through the knee and ankle joints.
Also ... Start wearing barefoot shoes or evern better, barefoot sandals (I suggest xero).
At first glance I can tell Cyrus has fascia adhesions though out his brow causing his eyes to look sunken in. From experience, this also might be causeing his hair loss too by having scalp tension. His problems from thyroid is most likely from the neck and upper back tightness. Remember the thyroid is a gland. Fascia provides the mechanism for almost all chronic pain.

@@Fluidisometrics Thank you both muchly for the video. That's ace you say barefoot shoes are great.. I go actual barefoot a lot (in UK, indoors & out tho generally wear crocs or moccasins if going far or into shops (moccasins for grounding, yes they are actually men's sheepskin slippers but who cares! or notices)) I go barefoot also as have eczema/psoriasis/fungal / systemic toxicity skin issues on feet (a long list of symptoms currently since menopause & cptsd & years of stress plus mould etc etc tho improving) My question please is that I've developed quite tough skin on soles of feet esp heels tho use a pumice stone (still get deep heel cracks) - how does that affect fascia? Also does having cold feet a lot make a difference?
Sorry, I have 2 of your books but finding reading hard going cos of eye inflammation so hope it's ok to just ask here. Also curious about effects /causes of 'hammer toes' - is it as simple as too-tight/small socks when young? I had 'sensible' shoes (!) Lots of dental issues too.
Body & symptoms feels like such a puzzle but I know it does make sense ~> deep respect to your expertise & over-view. Are you familiar with Dr John Bergman? (chiropractor naturopath)
~ I love how he connects the bigger picture too.
      Thank you so much 🙏💐
      ✨🦶✨
(I'm female, 55, back pain & a lot of menopause torso weight, so a lot of un-doing work to do. Interesting I have 'large' calves from years of bicycling when I was younger, also my Mum & Gran had 'shapely' legs tho Gran didn't cycle.)

Hi there! Good for you on going bare foot! The tough skin, or callous, shows where excessive pressure is on your foot. Hammer toes boil down to improper alignment. Block Therapy helps both issues as it brings space and awareness into our bodies and helps us to re-align. The feet and calves will be crucial to focus on.
Cold feet indicate a lack of flow to the area. By targeting area higher up on the body we can make sure there are no beaver dams blocking flow into our lower body.
Inflammation in the body is telling you there is something wrong. You need to find out what the issue is and deal with it in order to reduce and eventually eliminate the inflammation.

This was an awesome interview. I actually got my block out and and used the block on my torso (my belly and my ribs) and I just feel so much more energized just in doing 5 minutes in four positions.
Thank you for getting me back on my block and realizing how valid and important it is to keep my fascia loose and limber and relaxed. Thank you!! I'm planning a big move soon to Michigan. After I get settled, I'll probably be taking the training from Deanna to teach block therapy. After practicing massage therapy for 40 years, I have my own chronic tensions (right shoulder primarily and traps) and I would love begin to teach now.

What was happening in his life just prior to his illness diagnosis? Alopecia is caused by a severe separation conflict with someone or something. His diabetes is caused by A resistance conflict is a strong opposition against a person (parent, stepparent, sibling, relative, spouse, teacher, colleague, supervisor, doctor), against a situation (at work, at home, at school, in a relationship), against an institution (school, church, hospital, government, political regime), against decisions made over one’s head, or being forced to do something against one's will.

@ Hello fellow student! I’ve been studying GNM for about 18 years and pretty much gave up on trying to teach people. The brainwashing runs for generations of Magical Boogey Germs trying to kill us! The only good thing that came out of the 2020 Fear Campaign is the realization of many people that they need to question the narrative. And there are so many podcasts now, I’m amazed! Andi Locke Mears, Melissa Sell, so many Facebook groups. If I hadn’t learned about GNM when I did, I would have died from chemo poisoning by now, and not typing this message.

I know of (3) people personally, that contracted alopecia, 2 of them young toddlers (girls) after routine immunizations, and the other one an adult grown man after a Covid vaccine. His hair came out in mostly patches, but any hair that he had left hurt white overnight.
I obviously don’t know if an immunization is connected to this man’s health challenges, but it would be very interesting to know.

Was a skeptic of Deanna's method till today...I don't usually have back trouble but I had bad pain for several hours and it seemed unlikely that working on the front of me could stop pain in the back of me but I thought I'll try anything so I did the breathing in earnest and put my Iyengar block with a little mound of hard foam on it on my belly button and pubic bone and in ten minutes the pain was gone. Couldn't believe it. Very dramatic.

I wonder how people who have chronic illness over 30 or 40 years and are effectively immobile because of it, and all the chronic conditions that go with it, like constipation, diverticulosis, diabetes, numbed extremities etc, how do they go with doing block therapy? Do they have too many toxins stuck in their bodies? Will they get extremely sick?
I'm no longer in chronic illness (happy dance!), I've been doing block work for 6 weeks, and had epic flulike pain (detox) for 2 of those weeks. I'm moderately fit at 50, I can't imagine my friend who is 66 and full of stagnancy and chronic illness and grief and trauma and medications, doing block therapy. How does it go for someone that sick?

Carnivore is the new raw vegan of a decade ago. Trendy. You’ll also notice a lot of people that jumped on that trend also jump on the carnivore trend. Just like they praised the former they praise carnivore. The sooner people realize food is a tool and cycles/seasons are a thing the sooner they’ll stop treating restrictive diets like a religion and purity spiraling.

    • @martytheman6816
      @martytheman6816 5 дней назад +1

@ quite the opposite actually . Yes , veganism Has quite an ideology attached to it . I’ve literally watch well over a hundred videos of people who had decades of health issues resolve in months but often weeks or even days . Many of them ex-vegan just trying to get healthy. Some of these people also break out in oxalate rashes from “oxalate dumping” . One of the best books I have read is “change your diet change your mind” by Dr Georgia Ede . A psychiatrist getting amazing results with people high fat low carb diets . Talk a lot about the negative things that many people experience from plants ( oxalates , lectins , nightshades etc ) . I’ve been in the health industry 21 years and I have spoken to so many people who have had life changing results . Honestly , I would never have thought the change would be so dramatic until I tried it .
