      Thank you, sir. My father was indeed a very proud alumnus of Thomason College, Roorkee. I have a cup dated 1930-40 which my father won for athletics. And on it the name is spelled Thomason. Good to know that your father also attended the same prestigious institution.

    Sir I am a big fan of your work
    I have a request sir that can you please make a video in which you can show us your library and your books.
    And also sir can you also please recommend me books to read on history and travel as I am also interested in history and travelling.....

      Showing my collection of books will be very boring. Also, I might mention a book and then not be able to locate it because my shelfing is quite haphazard. If you live in Lahore, we can meet and talk about your interest and then perhaps I can suggest what to read.

    Sir, can you share more stories about the geography of Balochistan please as a Baloch it's so interesting to hear the history and geography stories.

      I have already told many stories of Balochistan. I wish I could travel freely in that wonderful country again to bring you more stories. But that seems an impossibility because of mismanagement.

    Sir , V. S. Naipaul was your friend, and he also met you in Pakistan. I've read some of his books, including "Among the Believers" and "Beyond Belief." How would you rate him as a travel writer? Could you do one or two episodes on him? He had some strong views on Islam; do you agree with him?

    • @salmanrashid8880
      @salmanrashid8880 Месяц назад +1

      Sir, VS was an exceptional writer. But he wasn't really a travel writer. He was more of a sociologist. That having been said, in his travel writer mode too he was extremely good.

      Can I do it in Urdu?
      رانی کوکلاں اور راجہ ہوڈی۔
      She was apparently very beautiful and the bone of contention between the two Rajas, but if you can tell us about Raja Rasalu, maybe we can go a bit further. Thanks for taking interest in my query.
