What is the best distance carry for a 20x camera? My church seats about 250 w 2 columns of pews. Is a 20x PTZ adequate? I believe so but just wanted to check.
God worked through RUclips alogarithm to bring this to me, I bought the PTZ camera for our Church, & I'm too busy to concentrate reading the manual. This gives me confidence to start looking at it.
Our church bought a dual camera bundle with joystick. both cameras are displaying the same iP address and we unable to detect the camera in the device list. how can we resolve this?

Good Morning! My name is Lesia from NC, and I am in the beginning stages of researching to help my church with setting up a camera to have live stream through Propresenter software. Im trying to gather as much information before we purchase anything. Our main goal is to be able to live stream our services through a single camera mounted from the back of our small sanctuary with lyrics and verses embedded in the video feed using the Propresenter software. Thus far we have been livestreaming with a personal phone via facebook, so we have much to learn to upgrade to a PTZ. My few questions if you don't mind helping is: Are you familiar with propresenter? What hardware is necessary to complete our setup? Do we need a BlackMagic pro mini to run the camera/livestream with the Propresenter or is the controller w/ joystick that comes with the same concept? As far as audio, we wanted to have a couple mics the we connect to the camera if possible to catch the sound from the speakers at each end of the stage. is that possible with this camera? Also if there is any further information or tips that you may have it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
In terms of video/picture quality & for low light performance for church streaming which one do you prefer between Fomako 20X vs VKANS 20x PTZ Camera? I’m in the process of getting 3 PTZ cameras, help me out. Thanks in advance!!!
I've got the Fomako 20x PTZ NDI. It seems to be working just fine. I was very much surprised when AJay selected DHCP on - this confuses me. If I wanted my router to assign the same IP address to the device, I would have not selected DHCP, but leave it as is (with the already given IP address) or type in an IP address that I like the camera to have on the local network. Also, to set it up I've just pluged the ethernet canble to the switch and the camera started operating.
I would go with 20X just because of the price. I eyeball it honestly. At my home church from the booth to the pulpit is like 70ft so I just tested it with a typical camcorder.
Just installed in our church! Super excited and loving it. But I've noticed that every 5 to ten minutes it flickers to black for a moment. Have you experienced this?
Hello Ajay I got two of this cameras for the church, everything is hooked through the Ethernet cable and I have access to it through the browser as well, what is the best way to connect it to OBS?
I personally would use a video switcher but for these cameras you can turn on the streaming option and send the video over the network but this would require you to sync the video and audio manually.
@@AJaytheCEO when I’m adding a media source which is the camera in OBS it shows the login window of the camera (asking user name and password) as you know in the browser works , but how on OBS?

What is your experience with NDI cameras? I’m subscribed to your channel.
Hey Lowell, thank you so much. I have reviewed a couple of NDI cameras. The PTZOptics one at my church is NDI but we don't use that functionality. I also reviewed the AVKans NDI camera which works great but the places that had these cameras had horrible or nonexistent networking so they could not be used. I think NDI is great if you have the foundation to support it: computers, network, etc

As long as the cable is rated properly 75 ohms, rg6, supports 3g, etc I've not noticed a difference from premade cables or made on site cables
Have you had any back focus issues with the Fomako, as well as any issues with the camera rebooting itself after a shot Preset is recalled?
the focus yes but that was solved with turning down the intensity of the focus. I have not had an issue with rebooting
