I use the LEFTEK Video Conference PTZ Controller Decoding Series Keyboard with 5 Inch LCD Screen 4D Joystick POE Function Protocol Connection purchased from Amazon.
Hi there my name is daniel from the UK. Just to let you know I brought this controller back in July 2022 before watching this video and yeah it's taken a bit of time to work out how to setup the tour sequence up but yeah here's a quick guide on to do this . First you need to setup more than one preset 2 up to 255 I think that's max for this to work, once set you can then press patrol this will ask you for what tour number you want to set select what number 1-4 you want then press enter, then the screen will ask for the first preset select 1-255 press enter, the next screen will show stay time I've got mine set to 20 but the higher the value the longer but you can set this to suit, the next screen will show tour time from playing around with 1 to 99 it seems to not make a lot of difference well that's on my controller it might work differently on your's but once you've set how many of the preset's that you want to use simply press patrol that will set the sequence and exit, then you can go ahead an press tour with the number that you've set it to then enter this will activate the tour sequence I haven't worked out yet on how to exit it without rebooting the PTZ but will put a update once I have. But hopefully this may help you and others that have or install these controllers that read this.
Wish we saw this before we purchased a PTZ Optics controller. The serial ports on the Gen 3 controller don't work either. We had some lag issues over IP so wanted to test the serial connections too.
First off. I enjoy and love all of your videos. They are tremendously helpful to me in understanding video ministry. I am about to pull the trigger and start our video ministry real soon. My question is this video you are showing the Hsiilty Keyboard Controller, which I think looks a lot like the discontinued PTZ Optics Gen 2 controller. Hsility has another controller that is a whole lot like the new PTZ Optics Controller, The Hsility POE 4D Controller. If you can, please review this controller. It is a little less expensive as the PTZ Optics. Thank you,

AJ, great video, thank you. Will this controller allow you simultaneously pan/tilt/zoom? I am looking for a controller for recording football film and need one that can handle all ptz all at once. Thanks!
I have two cameras that come into a 5 port POE switch that would go into controller. This is where I get lost. How do I stream to Facebook, RUclips etc. if this controller has no output? I see you plug in ethernet at 3:24 and look on your computer but where is it coming from?
We have one, but haven’t figure it out yet. We have two Fomako PTZ cameras. I want a joystick that is easy to teach volunteers how to work it. Would you say that another different joystick device would be better than this one for ease of use? Ease of training?
I set our church up with 3 Fomako 20x ptz cameras and got this controller and it's junk. Send it back and get it's bigger brother. Trust me, you will be glad you did. @@WayneWatson1 This worked fine at home,, but it won’t connect to the cameras at church. It finds the cameras, but when i do “Inquiee” and then choose a camera, and then click the button on the joystick, it always says, “device not add” or something like that. I’m ready to give up and try a different one. Unfortunately, it’s too late to send it back.
@@PDCDeafChurch yep, same here. I think you can ignore that but I spent an hour with ours and said heck with it and sent it back and got the next one up that has the screen (the one in the link above). It works perfectly like you expect it to.
Check out my portable setup for streaming games. You only need static ip addresses for the camera, computer and joystick so that they can see each other but a poe switch and a portable router would do the same thing
Im trying to setup mines directly from the controller by adding camera but says username/password error... Also seems I can't use Capital letters on the controller. Any advice?

Hi AJ, thanks for a great video. Maybe now or in a later video you can address an issue I am having with the ptz famako camera interface freezes.

You need a capture device to stream. This only controls the movement

Maybe but the ip joysticks basic functions are all the same. Maybe the rs232 would be easier

Question if I wanted a portable PTZ & Controller setup is there a standalone POE delivery system or router I could use?
Check out my portable setup for streaming games. You only need static ip addresses for the camera, computer and joystick so that they can see each other but a poe switch and a portable router would do the same thing

I tried to get one of these for my church but it seems that they are no longer available anywhere!
Maybe try ADKIDO ptz controller or ptz camera this will bring convenience to the church!!
