- I reviewed The NEW Portal & Half Life 2 TARDISes In Garry's Mod. The Portal TARDIS interior is based off the 2nd test chamber from Portal 1. Test Chamber 2 is the room where the player gets the portal gun. The exterior is a section of a wall with a portal on it, this portal links to another one in the interior which technically makes it so this is not bigger on the inside. The TARDIS console's controls are based off many things from Portal 1 and 2. The Half Life 2 TARDIS interior is Kleiner's lab. Because Gmod and Half Life 2 run off the same game engine (Source) the interior looks very similar to the original Kleiner's lab. The exterior is a vending machine from the Half Life exteriors pack for the recent Chameleon Cirucuit update to the Garry's Mod TARDIS rewrite addon. This TARDIS doesn't have a console, it uses a central computing area for the controls of the TARDIS. with no time rotor or console. Gmod is the best game to have genres like this crossover eg. Doctor Who's TARDIS mixed with Valve's Portal mechanics.

Doctor Who is a British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC since November 23rd, 1963. The programme depicts the adventures of a Time Lord called "The Doctor", an extraterrestrial being, appearing to be human. The Doctor explores the universe in a time-travelling space ship called the TARDIS. Its exterior appears as a blue British metropolitan police box, which was a common sight in Britain in the 1960’s when the series first aired. Accompanied by a number of companions, the Doctor combats a variety of foes like the Daleks and Cybermen while working to save civilisations and save people in need.
Beginning with William Hartnell, over fifteen actors have headlined the series as the Doctor. The transition from one actor to another is written into the plot of the show with the concept of regeneration into a new incarnation and body, a plot device in which a Timelord "transforms" into a new body when the current one is too badly harmed to heal normally.
Ncuti Gatwa had previously been announced as Jodie Whittaker's successor after David Tennant reprises his role as the doctor in the 60th anniversary specials as the programme's lead, and many reports stated he would play the Fourteenth Doctor and that Whittaker's Thirteenth Doctor would regenerate into an incarnation portrayed by Gatwa. Upon Jodie Whittaker's final appearance as the character in The Power Of The Doctor, she instead regenerated into a form similar to the Tenth Doctor. This character, portrayed by Tennant, was confirmed to be the Fourteenth Doctor, with later clarification that Ncuti Gatwa would actually portray the Fifteenth Doctor. Ncuti Gatwa’s 15th doctor has also had his companion announced as Millie Gibson playing Ruby Sunday live on Children In Need.
On 24 September 2021, the BBC announced Russell T Davies would return to Doctor Who as showrunner, after having previously acted as showrunner from 2005-2010 for the Ninth and Tenth Doctors. He will succeed Chibnall for the show's 60th anniversary in 2023 and beyond. Davies will be joined by the Bad Wolf production company, which was founded by former Doctor Who executive producer Julie Gardner and former BBC head of drama Jane Tranter. In October 2021, it was announced that Sony would acquire a majority of Bad Wolf. Bad Wolf also took over creative control of Doctor Who beginning with the specials, allowing the BBC to focus on establishing Doctor Who as a global brand. The new era of Doctor Who is being labelled as RTD2 as it is Russel’s second era of Doctor Who.

As a dedicated Half-Life and Portal fan I can say that both of these TARDISes are 100% accurate!
Yeah they are both fantastic, since making this video I've been able to play and experience both games more making me love these TARDISes even more
The portal tardis rotating off-centre is due to transparency issues in gmod, if it was centred the portal texture wouldn't show up properly

Pretty sure its mentioned that the tardis is two places connected through interdimensional portals so Im certain its fine

@@plantainsame2049 yeah that's true, I didn't think about the metropolitan police box tbh. The prime interior only works because it's a large blank room and loosely resembles the movie one but it is the closest one!
