  • Another OUTDOOR ☀️ workout for you guys! ⁣⁣
    ⁣A good ol’ EMOM - every minute on the minute! Complete the suggested reps or time interval of each exercise and whatever is left over in your minute is your REST period 🥵 ⁣⁣

    ⁣5 rounds, 40 minutes 👊🏽 ⁣
    ⁣⁣
    Minute 0-1: 12 suitcase deadlifts ⁣⁣
    Minute 1-2: 8 SA bent over row (4 per side) + 8 decline push ups (can also be done from your feet/knees) ⁣⁣
    Minute 2-3: 40 seconds toe taps ⁣⁣
    Minute 3-4: 40 seconds farmers carry ⁣⁣
    Minute 4-5: 12 squat to upright row ⁣⁣
    Minute 5-6: 30 KB or DB swings ⁣⁣
    Minute 6-7: 12 plank drags (per side) ⁣⁣
    Minute 7-8: 12 burpee over DB ⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    Drop the reps that say 12 to 10 if needed 💪🏼🙌🏼🥵 to modify! But try to challenge yourself!! ⁣⁣

    The great thing about EMOMs is if you're running short on time, drop a round! Make it into a 32 minute workout or even 3 rounds for a 24 minute quickie! 💦 ⁣
