What is the size of the new sprocket? And how about the temperature do I need extra fan ?
Not sure what the temperature has to do with this, But the size of the new sprocket is the same as original

Hey Mate, do you have to remove the chain if you are just changing front sprocket?
I always recommend changing the full package. But if you are only changing your front sprocket. Loosen your chain will be enough!

Maybe invest in a nylon tipped mallet instead of the claw hammer on the axle threads.
