I found a great channel! Thank you! I am 60 years old and thanks to the exercises, I do not yet know what back pain is. Now I will increase the variety of exercises, and most importantly, these are professional explanations! Happy New Year to everyone!
Oh, I did this one the first time you showed it. Let me tell you, it works!! Thank you so much for this! It's part of my daily routine, now! Best wishes, always, no matter the year!❤
Ooooh, that 2nd traction one is amazing! After all the holiday cooking/standing/bending, this did my back good. Thank you for all you do and Happy New Year!!
Can you give us some stretches for the neck, shoulders and wrists/hands for specifically gamers? I know your focus is the back/spine, but you are a magician at curing pain in my house! My spouse just got a steam deck for Christmas and is hunching like a gorilla and Im worried with the weight/position of it, its going to cause shoulder and joint issues in the shoulders/wrists.
@ cheers for taking the time to reply dr rowe, I don’t use this particular exercise but I do watch when you post a new one up, I used a back exercise using a door frame to hit all your back muscles, my back is bulking like crazy, I did it for my mum because she was suffering with back pain, I encouraged her to do it, she did it once and said there’s no more pain, so really appreciate what you do on here bro keep it up
Great exercises again as ususal. Your channel has been incredible for me, even though I do work with a physiotherapist on a regular basis. I have a question abaout the step back exercise: what if I feel the most instense stretch not in my glute, but rather in the back of my knee of the back leg (both where the hamstring and the calf is attached)?
While the step back is a primary glutes/piriformis stretch, it'll target the hamstrings too. Most likely, that's where you have the most muscle tightness (so that's why you feel it more there).
I'm in my mid-20s and have been suffering from L4 L5 sciatica for about two years. Sometimes the pain becomes so severe that I can barely walk. This is effecting my future opportunities. I'm looking for ways to permanently relieve or at least significantly reduce the pain to almost zero without surgery. Any possibilities?
I’ve been doing all the right things for years now and I’m still trying to figure out why I’m still in pain because everything is stressing me out so much I don’t know what to do about it. I’m really struggling doc😢.
Sir i am sufferring My right back come forward and the left remain at the same place Thats why my roght chest is a bit forward what will i do sjr and also same with my leg sir
Mri shows niether, thankfully. Its been on going issue since landing on my tailbone with extreme force more than 25 years ago. later, 15 years ago had an anual tear of l5. Currently have sciatic symptoms down left hip to quad, to inner knee and right side inner knee. It changes constantly. This is new, usually it is at the sacrum. I will try the exercises recommended. I am flossing nerve several times a day. Hard to sleep. Thanks for response.@DrRowe

What about if you have slipped discs, herniated discs, stenosis and arthritis in back? Is this still safe to do?
What anout if you only have pain on the side if the foot?
❤❤❤

Interesting, I have bi lateral sciatica. At least I think i do. But most dr., pt etc act as if this is unusual to hear. Thoughts?
It is less common, typically caused by central canal stenosis or a herniated disc affecting both sides of the spine.

💐🌸🙏
What if the pain just never goes away? Is that bad?
If simple stretches and exercises aren't working, please consult with your local chiropractor or doctor instead. Thanks for watching.

Could look into it (if people are actually interested)
