Can the E38 controller be used with a manual TR6060? I purchased a harness from you guys but am having trouble getting motor to start

yes but the e38 must be tuned for a manual trans. I hope this helped you out.

For Gen V controllers you can send it in or buy them from us for everything but 10 speed. For the Gen V 10 speed you have to provide the controllers.

Can a t42 be used as a standalone controller when using some not GM aftermarket ecu? Ofcourse flashed to desired tranny (4l80e in my case) and wired properly.

I talked with our tuner and as far as we have seem the aftermarket ecm and the t42 wont talk to each other, you can always ask the aftermarket company they might have a better answer for you.

My gen4 was originally equipped with a 6l90. But im going with a 4l80e. Could I still use my same e38 ecu, with your harness, and add the t42.?

no you would have to find a sent that have a 4L80 tune on them
