Damn I could use a camera system like that. It would save me a LOT of time for grouping
Haven't even watched the video all the way, but I hit the thumbs up already because I know this is gonna be a good one.
Thank you!
how heavy is the bullet of 338 lapua ? and here I mean the whole bullet, with charge, case, projectile, prime everything, because I can't find anything on the internet about it ,I'm interested in the total weight, especially the one with the 16.2g projectile (250grains)
@xd.5.45 As far as I can figure, based on all components, it would be approximately 48g.
I give these guys 👍 every time wether i like it or not.
👍 is for all that they put into it.
You should change the angle of the glass to see if shooting though the glass at 45degrees changes the trajectory of the bullet
That was pretty wild. The way the 50 turned around in the 2nd piece of windshield was unexpected. I didn’t expect the 338 to get through at all. Ol ballistic Bob got really lucky on the double shot
I figured that too. 338 did way better than I expected.
Not the beloved and iconic sunglasses! OH THE HUMANITY!

@@xd.5.45 I can’t find anything either. I can weigh a 300 gr later when I stop by my brothers house. I found every other spec but not overall case weight
oooh yeeaah, GB now have a sponsor! great to see how channel growing up 💪😉👍
That simultaneous shot was perfect timing. Awesome.
I'm loving the research and destruction, eager to watch y'all's backlog.
That was awesome the 338 is one of my favorite calibers👍
Same here!
Wow, that shot with 50 BMG was brutal!
Double shot was also cool. It's sad you were without slowmo cam.
Another really cool video guys. An "If that doesn't work" we're going going to hit it with a LAWS Rocket. That should work🤣
Got to respect the .338
It’s “The Beast” 30 cal Cartridge .
Thats some pretty tough glass, but the 338 Lapua, and 50 BMG are tougher rounds.
Wow the timing on the double shot didn't even realize that both y'all shot until you mentioned it after and I went back and looked perfect timing
I have always enjoyed testing armored glass. To create glass through which everything will be seen without distortion and at the same time it will be durable is a huge work of enginee. Thanks for this video!
Balloon knots….
Penetration….
Condoms….gentlemen?
Really? LmBKo. 😂👍
What’s done in Gun Club, stays in Gun Club. Yup.
LOL
Kool video. The windows are rated ballistic, and the nomenclature is a ballistic window, not bulletproof, like a flack jacket isn't bulletproof. That's what you'd learn working with tactical vehicles. Never the less the ballistic windows performed well. We changed windows when they became cloudy, lamination separation, crack/s, get technical even a chip, then recycle with metal scrap.
Didn't you learn that it's flak jacket? 😛
@@elemar5 I won't correct it, didn't notice 😆 it.
"is that bullet Edwin hot?" -- lets grab it and see - LOL, YOU guys are hilarious - great video as usual guys, thank you.
Oh man that Ballistic dummy is so cool! Like a white walker zomblie, or maybe hollow man zombie :)
Spot on dual shot 👍 And no it doesn’t help strapping something down to help the impact, TFM has shown (as you said) the bullet is long gone before the item getting hit moves.
This was an amazing video guys great job! I personally think the black and white public service announcement was priceless and yet ohh so true!!! 😆
Slow motion video defeats the "the target is moving" people.
incredible timing on that duo shot
I don't know why, but "Holiday in Cambodia" keeps running through my mind when watching the 50 cal. Good video!
Can we just take a second to appreciate the fact that going ballistic is so involved with their channel they like or respond to every comment. 😎😎😎
Thanks Tomas!
I really enjoyed that video. Great job. Have you ever seen a Sasquatch or something you can’t explain out there? No shortage of sightings around there.
hehehehehe
Good point on the impact over before the target moves.
The camera shot at 13:00 is awesome. Peeled the dummies cap.
Try and get more “zebra” rounds they were truly impressive, you guys still have the best channel!
That was awesome, thanks to you all for your content. Have a great day! Also loved the “You’re about to enter the bullcrap zone” speech.
Glad you enjoyed it!

*"Comb over".* 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Were those the Swiss P AP .338 rounds?
Yep
Good stuff guys!
Finally someone who does the normal speed first and THEN the slowmo. Good video. Who cares if u dont have prestine military windows. All good
I love your videos guys the 338 is one of my favourite rounds
That was a great video guys ..thought it was awesome..when justin hit his mark n made the head explode..sweet..thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
8:59 At first I thought it was Vyacheslav Datsik )))))
That double shot was perfect!
I think you are basically right about the movement/penetration thing. I also believe you loose a small amount of penetration. If you line up empty soda cans in a row and shoot them , at some point the round isn’t penetrating them, but pushing them out of the way. So you loose that little bit of punch.
To prove it is to (try it). Try shooting steel "non-stationary" and then try shooting it "stationary" to see the difference...I have a feeling this argument will only keep continuing online...

@@xd.5.45 lol why not weigh it yourself using a weight scale to find out????
My favorite gun channel and the only channel I hit the Bell on.
That was the most perfect simultaneous shot ever! I was sure someone didn't shoot.
That 50 is all business! It was like JFK assassination. It literally canoed his head. You guys are awesome!!
That was awesome guys. Great shooting Justin as always. 2023 off to a great start. Bullets do some weird stuff. Like the famous magic bullet in the JFK assassination.
Good video, I would have liked to see the 50 ball hit the glass as well. Thx
old bad guy = new ash tray
When all else fails break out the BMG. You guys are rockin the new year. Keep it up.
5:24 🤣
I prefer chocolate starfish
Lol. They're interchangeable in my vocabulary.
That was immaculate timing and shot placement! Very impressive! Great vid
Кровь,кишки 🤣 отличные манекены и эксперименты!
Loved this video, just subscribed. Good job guys
Thank you!
That was a really nice sync'd shot! Nice work.
Thanks 😁
You're welcome!
13:04 that's going to leave a mark
Very informative for when we start seeing U.N. vehicles on U.S. soil. 👍
try next time use 50 cal at the first shhot on clean safty glas,
you have bin shooting 3-4 times make the glas weak ofcours it going thrue ;)
great video ;)
The dual shot was crazy :)
Great video as always, guys!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome test, thanks guys
Glad you liked it!
damn its so incredible HEADSHOT!! 👍 bye bye u2be monetization 😂
Hey, that was really a great video. Thank you man, you are the best.👍
Damn that 50 was awesome. Wish I could have been there for this one!
We missed ya bro 😎
In my opinion, looks like the glass was designed to deflect bullet down because of chest armor worn by troops. Better survive rate. My old 1989 Hummer had just glass, vinyl doors and plastic top. Our body armour was flack jackets. Great video
Balloon knot. Lol. Haven't heard that in a while.
Bravo! Good Show!!!!💥💥💥
The timing on the two shots was too cool!!!
I watched it several times, It was perfect.
Two identical pieces of glass. One bolted down, one on roller bearings on a rail.
I know it would be pricey as hell, but you should get a piece of transparent aluminum to shoot.
Damn, it much be COLD, Justin is wearing pants...
Nothing better than a 50 when you want to do damage great video guys thanks for the destruction
correct, the impact energy has already dissipated once the object moves. and fun fact, the movement of an object after it is hit by another object is the speed of sound in that object. that is simply the speed of energy inside that object.
Gentlemen, that was excellent!
Taofledermaus also used to say that the interaction between target and bullet is over before the target starts move. I believed them for years.
Then they tested it, and didn't get the expected results. It wasn't a night and day difference, but there was a noticable difference.
They don't tout that idea on his channel anymore.
What about the optimal speed a bullet has at different distances f. ex. 100m, 500m , 1000m , 1500m ?
Brutal hit on the dummy. Gives some perspective.
The new measuring unit Edwin hot 🤣
Good, interesting video. Thanks for sharing and for all of your work to put it all together. Take care.
Glad you enjoyed it
I didn't think the 338 would go through it. Lol damn.
The target moving may or may not change but why not run two screws in and make it closer to the way it actually is?
I appreciate the work though.
Awesome as always and I love that fleece cap. 👌
I'm guessing those Humvee windows were only supposed to stop AK rounds 😉
Excellent video! Nice comment about the “moving” target, loosing energy!
Thank you, guys! Great (and very scientific 😂 vide)! As always
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks!
Thanks Dan!!!!!!
I know about that humve glass, it probably weigh 80 pounds! I can't believe that went through on the first shot of ap
What I learned is when a head is shot, it goes back and to the left if shot from the front.....hmm.
Dang it's shot show 23 already, though time is running too fast -, -
I have no clue why i inserted "though" there, guess my bony fingers are still too large for modern technology
That was pretty cool.
I used to weld the frames for those :D hope i didnt weld that one :D
Great as always!
Thank you! Cheers!
😂😂😂😂 как всегда с юмором … у плохого парня в голове презервативы у него не было шансов выжить🤣🤣🤣
спасибо парни👍
Your welcome!
There is actually a little energy lost. It takes energy to move that windshield and if it were stable that expelled energy would go completely into bullet impact
Movement of the target is lost energy. Does that energy loss translate to the impact zone? Depends on the movement.
I'm more surprised the normal .338 LM didn't go trough than that the AP did!
Love the videos, keep em up
Glad you like them!
Unbelievable how much glass flys back out of the glass
Target movement is NOT lost energy is simply transferred energy that cannot be completely absorbed by the point of impact. This transferred energy disperses damage outward
4:22 trusty wind meter lol
Great video, as usual, right up the head disappearing then it became epic! 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
This video is useful in that it shows even if most rifles civilians have cannot go through armored glass like the Humvee windows used in this video, they will render the windows useless to the hostiles behind them.
Right on brother thanks for the content
No problem 👍
I never would've believed a 338 would make a little butt hole on glass! 😂 😂 😂
If you are looking for more transparent armor to shoot lookup Hawkins glass or Standard Bent Glass. Both companies are the manufacturers for transparent armor for ground combat vehicles.
Holy блин! Awesome 👍
Земляк😉 161...
