It’s 2020 July 20th and I just wanna thank you so much, when I would edit on Sony Vegas and the render it the clips would freeze and I couldn’t do anything about it but I decided to try to find solutions and this video popped up and it fixed everything. tysm🙏🏽❤️
Hey guys, I know this video is different than my normal content but I thought I'd bring some tutorials back College just recently started up again so I've been *struggling* to find time to brainstorm *video ideas* If there are *ANY* videos ( *tutorials* or *advice*) that *YOU* want to see me upload, please *let me know* :)
If I could hug you I would bro...serious I spent 5 hours last night going over settings on other channels recommendations and yours NAILED IT! Finally, smooth non pixelated gameplay my friends can enjoy. Thank you man, you're awesome! SUBBING!!
there was an issue with my render settings, and I tried to fix it for 2 months, but I couldn't. Then, when I almost gave up, I found this video and fixed it in 10 minutes TYSM!
I watched some other guy for rendering settings my video was 12minute lon and it was like 1gb, when i finished rendering the quality was sooo crap, but now with your setings 12 minute video is 4gb witch means that the quality is 10x better thank you so much
Thank you so much Muaaz. I was trying to find someone who would help me on rendering settings on Sony Vegas 15, but I couldn't find anyone. But then I found you. Thanks again!
Thank you so much. It's been a long time since I put up a youtube video and I was looking for the right stuff to do it. When I found Sony Vegas Pro 15 and OBS to record on, I thought my worries were over, until I found out that Vegas is actually really difficult to work with if you don't know what you're doing. Render settings were the hardest thing to work with, so thank you so much for putting this up last year. It helped tremendously.
Great video. However, if you do have a higher end GPU, experiment to see if enabling a GPU render is faster for you or not. It IS available in Sony Vegas Pro 15 but it's under Preferences and you can select CPU/GPU rendering. In my case, I have an RTX 2080 card and it just blazes through a video render.
You saying in the ending that your videos usually take the length of the video to render is blowing my mind. I have to wait around 1 or 2 hours for a 15-minute video and I have a pretty new computer with really good specs... Is my vegas not optimized enough or something?
I know this is way late, but you can go to Options > Preferences > Uncheck 'Prompt to adjust project settings to match first media added to the timeline' and you won't be prompted the first time you add something to your timeline. No longer have to click no each time.
testing this out now, i lost my way a bit in older versions and this seems far easier with the settings now. hopefully it works and i can get back to making decent looking videos again :D
This video was great! I never used Vegas before, and you were convincing enough for me to feel, that these settings will be good enough to use. And those little notes with the "Encode Mode" for example, helped a lot, because I actually were using Vegas 13!
2 more hours until my 1080p 60fps video is finished I messed up and I added too much shake so now its gonna take 2 hours anyways when it's finished I will credit you in the description as this helped
Hey Muazz I just got sony vegas 15 and I don't know how to use it I can use it a little without asking for help but I want to know how to edit like a boss so could you make a video on how to edit or use sony vegas. thank you for your time
For sure do a video where you show how you edited this video, it would be much appreciated 😀 my video says it will be about 5gb. Can you do a video showing how to compress that large size down and still keep the high quality with a program like Handbrake etc ?
Good info thanks. I just used these settings on a 1 minute Samsung phone video on my brand new PC with an i-9 7940x. GeForce GTX1080ti, 128gb ram, all SSD drives and it still took me 1min 33 sec to render. First render on my new PC so far but seriously, doesn't that seem ridiculously absurd I'm not seeing it render faster with that much power?
Thank you soo much for this video ! All my videos on my channel has been done on a phone app. Currently workin on my first video usin sony vegas 15 wish me luck haha should be uploaded today but i hit like and new subscriber here
great tutorial, only thing, and correct me if I'm wrong but I think if the bitrate is higher than what youtube allows (which is surprising lower than you think) then youtube will downgrade your footage loosing some of it quality. I'm no expert tho but just to be safe I would leave the video bitrate at no more than 12,000,000 for 1080p 60fps
omg i was so shocked i edit long videos it went form 181gb to 3gb this is magic
I actually needed this ty mate

On the project properties, in *Full-resolution render quality* does it really matter whether the option is good or best?
I Think That It Does Other Tutorials Have It On Best
WOW! it actually works! thx so much dude!

This video was great! I never used Vegas before, and you were convincing enough for me to feel, that these settings will be good enough to use. And those little notes with the "Encode Mode" for example, helped a lot, because I actually were using Vegas 13!

You forgot to change the render quality on the project properties from good to best. Also do that for audio 👌

So you tell me to rise my bitrate as high as i can? Vegas 14 gives me the chance to go on 240.000.000 ? Maybe a bit to high? Or still use it?
this is great thank you!
Simple video, clean and to the point. You just earned a sub and a like :D
Nice video man
Good info thanks. I just used these settings on a 1 minute Samsung phone video on my brand new PC with an i-9 7940x. First render on my new PC so far but seriously, doesn't that seem ridiculously absurd I'm not seeing it render faster with that much power?
I learned. Thanks.

I'm no expert tho but just to be safe I would leave the video bitrate at no more than 12,000,000 for 1080p 60fps
Thanks for the TUT! Gonna use it now :)
