Nice review. Definitely a step above other brands that feel almost generic. Not since my introduction to sigs in the late 80's have I felt the oneness with a gun and multiple models of the same brand.
Bought the P2000sk for my wife and she took it home last week and she and I couldn't be happier! I fell so in love with H&K that I went and bought a USP compact 40S&W . Can't wait till I take her home! Great video!
Greetings my good man. Late to this party, but nonetheless a Stellar review. It was comprehensive, concise, and informative. You are well spoken and comfortable in your presentation. While I know that your channel is not new, you have definitely found a new subscriber. Kudos to you, and good fortune in your future endeavors. Be well...JB
Interesting observation about a trigger wall. Never considered why one would want a rolling break. Makes sense. I also have the same hand type. Good to know this pistol will probably fit my grip.
Just bought the last P2000SK 9mm LE package on Top Gun supply, comes with three mags and night sights for $700, not a bad deal, your review helped me decide the P2000SK over the P30SK, I'm sure the P30SK is an awesome gun as well but the P2000SK looks more streamlined in my opinion, like something you'd see Bond carrying ha I'm now eagerly awaiting it's arrival at my local FFL dealer
I love H&K,just bought P30SK because i wanted the manual safety, its still big and heavy, so i bought the Sig P365 and its night and day between the two,I also have the USP compact 45,still heavy and big,i wanted something small and light,H&k announced a micro size, cant wait until its available.
Thanks for doing the review. I'm just the opposite and EDC the P30SK. Had it for about a year now and shoot it better than even some of my full size stuff. HK does it right.
A great vid. This gun has been my EDC for the past two years, having replaced my S&W M&P 9c. BTW, paid 899.99 for mine before HK's price drop on the P2000 series of pistols so you got a great deal. Also, the gun should be classified as a "compact" model - nothing sub compact about it. A marketing ploy on H&K's part IMO, but I absolutely love the gun. A new subscriber.
Thank you and thanks for the sub. I agree. I'm not sure how any of the gun manufacturers determine the size tags to be honest. The 19 is Glock's compact model but just barely smaller than the HK USPc. I figure if the ergos are good, its a reliable design, you can shoot it well and conceal it what they call it doesn't mean much. I couldn't buy it fast enough when I saw the price on CDNN! It is a sweet one for sure.
I'm a die-hard Glocker but have recently got into HK striker fired guns (VP-9/40) and LEM Guns (USP-9, P30SK, P2000) I'm am planning on getting a nice newly used HK P2000sk tomorrow it has nites & will come with 3 mags... I can't wait!! I've always thought the P2000 series has been slept on! The HK P2000 LEM in .357sig was the US Border Patrol standard issue for a while... I think the New Jersey Sate Police carried it for a while as well...
My Favorite gun!..I have searching for the perfect gun ( If one exists )...And i believe i found it in the P2000sk, So accurate compact and shoots like a larger gun!... I love it, Great Video Brother!
Absolutely agree. I was thinking the other day that if I were to buy one gun this wouldn't be a bad choice. It's concealable as a sub compact but can also use the 13 and 15 round mags with X-Grips for a full size feel. It's a great one! Thanks for the comment.
I agree 100% with everything you say. H&K's are awesome. I actually got mine in .40 used in very good condition for $599. There was also a sick USP .40 with a military green grip that I fell in love with to, but that thing was $900. Can hardly wait to shoot it. Also, as apposed to you, I have long fingers, skinny hands, so for me, its like this pistol was designed around my hands.
Being a "sub compact" I think HK should have used the low profile slide release levers on these by default. Its shorter than the P2000 in the grip and frame, low profile levers would have made it thinner too.
NEWTONjag They probably could have made the controls a little thinner as long as they didn't get out of hand with it. Some of the subs and single stacks on the market have unusable controls. Finding the ideal balance would be great. Thanks for watching!
HK sells the low profile levers separately for close to $70 so they could have used that part from factory on the SK. I think that alone would make the gun more suitable for CCW considering thickness is a major element for that crowd. 1.34 inch (same as P2000) is a tad too wide IMO.
To answer many H&K questions in one stroke. If you choose any of the H&K's you can't go wrong. Just study then out so you get the size and configuration that best suits you. There is no better hand gun out there, period. Take this from someone who's been shooting for more than 50 years and whose very demanding and particular. I've tried everything, H&K is clearly at the top of he heap. Everyone should own a couple of 1911's though for the sake of posterity.
Thanks brother, appreciate the support. I do like the HDs and I-Dots but I am very happy with the Meprolights. I picked up a set for my sk and a set for my compact for $72 each including shipping from eBay. I had a $30 eBay gift card from Christmas too.
Poe Performance The gift card certainly helps;) I'll probably get the Meprolight set. I had them on a Glock 30 and was impressed with their brightness. Plus they're lower profile.
Absolutely! I mentioned the lower profile in the review but should have spent more time talking about why that is important. I will talk more about it in a sight video coming soon.
Heckler and Koch make, by far, the very best handguns I've ever had the pleasure to shoot, and I loved my p2000sk, but one thing annoyed me about it: that odd decock button on the back of the slide. It was the main reason I traded it for a USP compact which actually wasn't much bigger.
HK definitely makes some great ones. Sticking the decock button on back cleaned up the sides for carry but some people couldn't get used to it. Any USP is a workhorse, great choice.
Poe Performance Problem was that at work we carried Sig Sauer 226 and my instinct was to feel for side lever. Now that we got away from them, I ordered another p2000sk last night from Bud's Gun Shop in Kentucky :)
My dad carry's this while i carry a g19.I love the p2000sk and have shot it alot but the da is a solid solid 90 pounds while the take up on both the pull and reset is substantially more than any gun I've fired except maybe a revolver. He's older so i ended up trading him my g42 with trijicon ns and completely polished internals along with me cleaning his guns the next 30 times we shoot for that brand new glock 19 gen 3....
Great video! Ive been trying to find out if you can interchange a 9mm slide with a 40s&w. Ive seen a drop in barrel conversion for 9mm to 40 s&w out there but not sure if the slide/frame internals are different. Any input would be great, thank you.
Be nice if you'd show the actual reset after first fired. You hold the trigger in and then it's a much shorter reset. Like to see that in the stock arrangement.
Reset is reset. It doesn’t change if you pin the trigger or release it immediately after the shot. Ever thought of spending your own money and hours of time creating content? You seem to have it all figured out.
I do have a question. Do you know if H&K offers any way of lightening up the DA/SA . I'm wanting to lighten up the DA.its not a problem at all but I would like a match trigger setup but I can't find anything for the P2000SK. Thanx!!
Poe, the USP, p30, p2000, & USP-Compact are all pretty similar in size, weight, capacity, & action. So... What would make one choose the USP ? ($1079 7.68 x 5.31 x 1.26 15r 9mm 27.2 oz 4.25b 6.22s) What would make one choose the p30 ? ($819 7.12 x 5.43 x 1.37 15r 9mm 26.08 oz 3.85b 5.84s) What would make one choose the p2000 ? ($899 6.85 x 5.07 x 1.37 13r 9mm 24.96 oz 3.66b 5.55s) What would make one choose the USP-C ? ($1099 6.81 x 5.00 x 1.38 13r 9mm 27.2 oz 3.58b 5.31s) ($price L x H x W capacity caliber weight b=barrel length s=sight radius) hk-usa.com/product/pistols/ hk-usa.com/comparison-result/?models=189,181,187,190 All prices are MSRP with 3 magazines & night sights in DA/SA mode.
Poe, I am extremely curious WHY someone would choose one H&K hammer-fire SA/DA over another ? (when they are pretty similar in size, weight, & capacity)... You are right that MSRP in & of itself means nothing... it's the difference in numbers that are important... For example, if there's a 20% difference in MSRP between two guns, then it stands to reason that there will PROBABLY be a 20% difference in actual prices (as long as there isn't some crazy in-balance between supply & demand that are skewing the numbers... or other factors). Anyways, do you know enough about these models to satiate my curiosity ?
Everyone has a criteria when selecting a gun for a specific purpose, there is no cookie cutter outline. There can be hugely different price differences between two guns from the same manufacturer based on demand. I buy 95% of my guns from Gunbroker or Armslist through private sales so what I pay depends on various factors.
HK def makes sweet guns..But im not that into their pistols..Ill go with the G26 all day long over the HK...Lighter, slimmer,.less controls,...and the capability of throwing any full size mags in there for reloads, .while also running a flush mag to conceal..
Glock are a more compact, but you should shoot an HK. My first gun was a USPC and for 5 years and 8k rounds, I didn't even know what a handgun malfunction was. I didn't have to learn clearing drills for the different malfunctions until I bought a Glock. The mechanical accuracy of every HK I've shot has been noticeably better than every Glock I've ever shot. Like a solid 30 percent better groups at any given distance.
On my list to buy. Now I just need to figure out how to pay for one. Looks like a great overall size for AIWB CCW without sacrificing rounds. Thanks for the review!
I've been going back and forth between my Glock 27 (with a 40/9mm conversion barrel and G26 mags), my Glock 43, and a CZ P07 for CCW. I carry the G27 and G43 at 3 O'Clock in a kydex/leather OWB holster, and the P07 in a Vedder kydex LightTuck (great holster) at the AIWB position. I vary my CCW depending on weather conditions and (obviously) what I'm wearing. I'm just not comfortable carrying a striker fired pistol in the appendix position, which is why I went to the P07 with it's "traditional" DA/SA hammer fired action (ride my thumb on the hammer when re-holstering). While the P07 is excellent, I'd like something a bit smaller and lighter for AIWB carry, which is where the P2000sk fits in. Just wish I would have considered the P2000sk prior to buying the P07. Thanks again.
The P30 has replaceable back straps do it might provide a better fit for you. If you can, hold both. Here is my video on mitigating recoil. ruclips.net/video/X3XgV-cc7YU/видео.html
Thank you, it's a great one. Mine has been reliable and it is very shootable even at distance. I carry in the Stealthgear Ventcore AIWB. Best IWB carry holster I've ever used year around. No kydex against the skin and no need for an undershirt when it's 90 degrees outside. Thanks for watching, appreciate it.
Another one to look at for the P2000SK is the Milt Sparks VM2. This is normally something you have to have made to order but I was very pleased to find one in stock here: www.topgunsupply.com/milt-sparks-vm2-h-k-p2000sk.html This is ideal for "4:00" position, canted to sit very flush against the hip
Out of double action? I notice some grit on the compact pulling from DA, and my compact has over 2k rounds through it. the SK is just feels smoother from DA. My HK45 has the grittiest DA pull of all, but the SA is very good. Have you ever felt an HK match trigger? VERY nice. :)
From double action? I have them both out now, safety checked, pointed in a safe direction. The compact has some staging throughout the DA pull, the SK seems much smoother. My compact has over 2k rounds through it too.
Thank you. Deep Concealment holsters are great but he doesn't make them for the P2000sk. StealthGear is very comfortable if you like a hybrid, some people don't.
Good video but you shouldn't mention the Shield where H&K is being discussed. The H&K so far out classes the shield that the shield has no place in a H&K video. Not saying the shield is a bad gun but there's no where you can make any comparisons. These two guns are simply in a different class. Just my opinion.
allan matthews I'm an HK fanboy and believe they are the best pistols on the planet. I'm also a realist and understand there are some great choices available. You can't be serious if the mere mention of another gun brand offends you.
Great reply! LOL, I have many handguns and from my perspective there is nothing that compares to the H&K. There's only one problem with H&K that I can find and that's the fact they are difficult to re-sell at a decent price. People think they are to expensive and opt for the less expensive packages offered by Springfield, S&W or some other notable manufacturer. My point is that those other firearms get enough air time and reviews already. People just don't seem to have enough exposure to H&K and therefor don't realize the exceptionalism of H&K. By laying a lesser gun on a table beside a H&K most people will inevitably pick the less expensive firearm because of price and never get to know the excellence of the H&K. No I don't think H&K is the only exceptional firearm out there. I know for a fact there are others but just off hand I can't think of even one as perfect overall as H&K. Some sig's, FN's and Glocks among others are stand outs for one reason or another but they just don't completely excel like H&K. I own Colts -- old Goldcups, 1911's, Pythons and Diamondbacks, and an Anaconda .44 mag. Baretta's , CZ's, Para's, Kimber's, Rugers and H&K at the moment but I've tried owned and played with about everything out there. H&K is worthy of being ranked among the best of the best as far as overall quality, finish and functionality. I shoot them all but I don't mention Baretta or Ruger in the same breath as H&K. Just kidding of course, but hopefully you grasp my intent here. Thanks for the humor in your reply.
allan matthews Great stuff, thanks for the comment. I agree with you, I don't personally think there is a better handgun than HK. I'm sorry i didn't grab HKs sooner.
hows the grip on this gun when using the pinky extension magazine? are you able to squeeze in 3 fingers? great review and gun by the way, I'm planning on getting one soon. good job bro!
Not sure how you can assume everyone will shoot better with the flat plate, I sure didn't. Putting some pressure on the grip with the pinky helps mitigate recoil. It's physics.
Can someone please tell me what features and components are in any H&K pistol that they deserve to demand more money of other pistols on the market that are ultra reliable and also use quality components. If a frame that's made out of low quality aluminum that will never break... how much better is a frame made out of the finest grade aircraft aluminum that will also never break? If a trigger made out of low grade steel will never break, how much better is a trigger that was made out of Carbon Fiber? The Ruger SR9C has a slide that is made of quality stainless steel... the H&K is not made of stainless. Both will most likely never break. So why doesn't a Ruger SR9C not cost more than an H&K? The slide stop lever is a terrible design. They are chunky and heavy and the both their LEM trigger and traditional Double Action Triggers are not as good as some other pistols that cost far less. not a fan of the euro style mag release. How much better is it too have the decocker that works beside the Trigger... than it is to have a decocker that works where all the rest of DA/SA pistols have them. I just want help understanding why I should pay $300 for an H&K P Series pistol than I should another pistol that goes bang every time like 3 of my pistols that I chose over the H&K. I just can't see the quality difference to where I should have forked out $300 more and bought an H&K. Oh they do have a better plastic box they come in that is better than most!
I'm not following on the aluminum frame, low grade steel, carbon fiber comments. HK slides are made from a proprietary material the company chooses to keep unpublished, just like their barrels. I don't blame them. The slides are machined from one piece of bar stock and not pieced together which is an expensive process. German engineering is a real thing, not a made up fantasy. Think Mercedes and BMW. HK slides are a little wider where the rails are located. HK tolerances are tight which makes manufacturing more expensive. Break down an HK after 100, 500 and 1,000+ rounds and compare the internal wear to just about any other pistol. The HK will show less wear. The trigger and slide release design and function is a personal preference just like it is for any other handgun. The bottom line is the USP series is a combat pistol based off the Mark 23 and is by far the most tested handgun to have ever hit the market. R&D is expensive but yields usable results. Even the P2000 series is based on the HK45c which is intended for military/Spec Ops use. The VP9 and VP9sk were specifically designed for civilians so they are more streamlined and priced accordingly. As far as price goes, it sounds like you've bought into the made-up internet stories without pricing HKs for yourself. I've seen VP9s for $479 which is actually less than a Glock 17 or 19 (gen 3 or gen 4). I paid $550 for my p2000 in this video, which is about the same as you will pay for a G26. The fact is, there is no comparison out of the box between an HK and a Ruger. I don't mean to offend but it's a fact. Going back to the USP line, that is a completely different animal and was never really intended not marketed for civilians. With those guns, if you have to ask about the price, you probably should look for something else. It sounds like you're an HK hater by your post which is absolutely your right and that's fine. It's important to understand the facts.
I'm not at all a H&K hater! Yes they appear to be well made. I was just trying to make a point with components that I don't want to pay for overkill. If 2 pistols are pretty much jam proof like 3 of the 4 pistols that I paid under $450.90 for and the features are close to equal, why would an average guy that wants a decent CCW want to pay $300 more for a barrel that may shoot 3000 rounds more than the the cheaper barreled gun... when he is probably only going to shoot a few thousand out of it anyway? Do I want that so I can brag to my friends that I paid more for that? To be honest, Sig Sauer is more over priced than H&K. I bought a Sig P238 and sold it 3 weeks later because it would not run hollow points reliable. So I paid over $600.00 for a pistol that would only run FMJ's. It's was a beautiful Gun and an expensive piece of junk. I now own the all new Springfield XDe and the Bersa Ultra Compact Pro. Both those pistols shot 100% right out of the box every ammo I put in them. Both pistols are Under $440.00 and go Band every time. I just can't see that much quality difference in a H&K and especially Sig to demand that much more money. But your reading this from a guy that thinks Honda is a better car for the money than BMW. I don't think BMW deserves twice the money. Sorry if I offended ypu
No offense taken at all. To my point, break down an HK after 100, 500 and 1,000+ rounds and you will see less wear than just about any gun on the market. That speaks to the quality built into the manufacturing process. I've been in manufacturing my entire adult life and there is a distinct difference in the way companies manufacture products as well as the materials used. Keep in mind that a gun that goes bang every time now might not when you need it most. I owned a Taurus PT111 G2 that never had a malfunction in several thousand rounds, but I sold it as soon as the trigger axle broke on another Taurus pistol. When I checked the broken piece the material was pot metal, complete junk. That pistol never has an issue either and thank God the trigger didn't break in a bad situation. We have to make a choice as to which firearm we entrust our life to. I refuse to place a monetary value on the lives of my family members or my own.
BTW... you did an excellent review of the pistol and was very informative. You got a really good deal on that pistol. I've seen them much higher. My beef was not with you at all. Just think it's over priced and think they would sell a lot more if they lowered the price
I agree on Taurus. I like good guns for the money but, I don't like cheap guns. Taurus is not a Firearm I would consider owning unless it was all I can afford. I'm A Working Class man that wants the best product I can afford but be financially responsible. I can afford to go buy a thousand dollar pistol but it would not be in my best Interest. So I get the best quality I can afford. I will only own and carry DA/SA pistols. The new Springfield XDe is one of those pistols that is a Gem for the money. They are selling like hot cakes right now! It's the Thinnest DA/SA Single Stack 9mm made. It's just a hair bigger than a Shield. The slide is less than 1 inch wide
The HK bug is real. Went from no HK's to 3 in a month.
Haha! I did the exact same thing. Thanks for watching.
Me to lol
I have eight.
Planning on buying my ninth today. An Optic Ready VP9SK!
me too lol
Glad to see she's working out for you. Nice drills too. It's a perfect close engagement gun, and surprisingly accurate at some increased ranges.
It is a great little gun, love it. Thanks for stopping by man, always appreciate you taking the time.
Nice review. Definitely a step above other brands that feel almost generic. Not since my introduction to sigs in the late 80's have I felt the oneness with a gun and multiple models of the same brand.
Thank you. I agree for sure, great company and guns.
great pistol I have one. completely reliable, built like a tank.
Took a look at this at my local gun shop and bought it. We have a 10 day wait here in CA, I can't wait to get it home!
bayarea852 You won't be disappointed. It's a sweet little gun and versatile with magazine interchangeability.
Bought the P2000sk for my wife and she took it home last week and she and I couldn't be happier! I fell so in love with H&K that I went and bought a USP compact 40S&W . Can't wait till I take her home! Great video!
Both are great guns for sure. Congrats and thanks for watching!

Man your recoil control is Damn amazing.
Thank you, I appreciate that.
I just purchased this gun. Get it in a few days. First HK. Appreciate the vid.

Nice! I really need to start racking up the commission from the HK sales!!! Enjoy the pistol, it's great.
Poe Performance do you still have that Galco holster that came with yours? Ha
James Slocum Mine didn't come with a holster.
Got a great deal. I like the LEM trigger better though. Great choice.
..I got the P2000 9mm. (NOT SK)
I love H&K,just bought P30SK because i wanted the manual safety, its still big and heavy, so i bought the Sig P365 and its night and day between the two,I also have the USP compact 45,still heavy and big,i wanted something small and light,H&k announced a micro size, cant wait until its available.
Agreed, I’ll be all over it. They’ve had the patent for several years, ready to see it launched.
What do you think about the new one?
My jaw dropped at the price. You did well.
Thanks for doing the review. I'm just the opposite and EDC the P30SK. Had it for about a year now and shoot it better than even some of my full size stuff. HK does it right.
The beauty of individual choice at work! Yes they sure do.
Enjoyed your review and opinions on what I think is an excellent firearm
MPGunther1 Thank you, it sure is!

No problem brother Love the Video.. Look Forward to others!
One of the very best reviews I’ve seen!
Thank you! Merry Christmas!
I’m picking up one tomorrow- it’s chambered in .40 but comes with a .357 sig barrel.
Nice! Enjoy a great gun!
I agree 100% with everything you say. H&K's are awesome. I actually got mine in .40 used in very good condition for $599. I have owned HK p2000sk, vp9, and p365 but keep going back to p2000sk. Just wanted one you can trusted with appendix carry, hammer fired over striker.
Good review on the P2ksk
Stay Vigilant.
To answer many H&K questions in one stroke. If you choose any of the H&K's you can't go wrong. Just study then out so you get the size and configuration that best suits you.

Cool, Didn't know they did the rear decocker on the P2000sk also. Learn something everyday.
Glad I could help.
Sweet. Great video man. I love my P2Ksk in .40 cal. Meprolights or Trijicon HD's will be on mine soon.
Poe Performance Just curious, what's the date code on yours? Mine is a 2010.
BG, made in 2016.
this is my next pic for concealed carry. i already have the VP9. HK makes great guns!
Great choice!
thank you
Heckler and Koch make, by far, the very best handguns I've ever had the pleasure to shoot, and I loved my p2000sk, but one thing annoyed me about it: that odd decock button on the back of the slide.
Now that we got away from them, I ordered another p2000sk last night from Bud's Gun Shop in Kentucky :)
varanid9 Makes sense. Those neural pathways are tough to redirect. Gets even tougher to break the pattern with more reps.
90 pounds might be a bit overstated. Haha! I assume a typo? The DA P2000 triggers aren't as good as the USP line, no doubt but they are shootable.
Best compact gun ive ever shot
I do have a question. Do you know if H&K offers any way of lightening up the DA/SA . I'm wanting to lighten up the DA.its not a problem at all but I would like a match trigger setup but I can't find anything for the P2000SK. Thanx!!
Daniel De La Cruz I don't think there are lighter hammer springs for the sk but you might check HKparts.com.
Poe, the USP, p30, p2000, & USP-Compact are all pretty similar in size, weight, capacity, & action. So...
What would make one choose the USP ? ($1079 7.68 x 5.31 x 1.26 15r 9mm 27.2 oz 4.25b 6.22s)
What would make one choose the p30 ? ($819 7.12 x 5.43 x 1.37 15r 9mm 26.08 oz 3.85b 5.84s)
What would make one choose the p2000 ? ($899 6.85 x 5.07 x 1.37 13r 9mm 24.96 oz 3.66b 5.55s)
What would make one choose the USP-C ? ($1099 6.81 x 5.00 x 1.38 13r 9mm 27.2 oz 3.58b 5.31s)
($price L x H x W capacity caliber weight b=barrel length s=sight radius)

All prices are MSRP with 3 magazines & night sights in DA/SA mode.
MSRP means nothing to me, retail is for suckers.
I just bought one to add to my growing HK collection. Can’t wait to shoot it.
How much u get it for? If u don't mind
It is a great size for AIWB, very shootable and carries 11 rounds. Thanks for the comment.
Good points for sure. You will not be disappointed in the 2000sk.
For small hand you think p2000sk is better than P30sk, right? And how do you control recoil? Do you have a RUclips video for that?
The P30 has replaceable back straps do it might provide a better fit for you. If you can, hold both.
Here is my video on mitigating recoil.
ruclips.net/video/X3XgV-cc7YU/видео.html
That HK p2000 looks "big" for some reason. I know it is a subcompact but it looks larger.
The footprint isn't too big, but HK controls are always on the bulky side. Gives it that appearance.
Makes me not want to get it.
It's a cool gun but I prefer the Glock19 gen 3 had it since 09 it's absolutely fantastic.
Awsome teaching!!!👍👍👍
Did you get the extended mag release from H&K ?
Been wanting one a while now..my gun store has them now & then..
In my opinion my p2000sk has been one of the greatest investments I have made so far. Iam just wondering what kind of holster are you using?
Thank you, it's a great one. Mine has been reliable and it is very shootable even at distance.
I carry in the Stealthgear Ventcore AIWB. Best IWB carry holster I've ever used year around. No kydex against the skin and no need for an undershirt when it's 90 degrees outside.
Thanks for watching, appreciate it.
Another one to look at for the P2000SK is the Milt Sparks VM2. This is normally something you have to have made to order but I was very pleased to find one in stock here: www.topgunsupply.com/milt-sparks-vm2-h-k-p2000sk.html
This is ideal for "4:00" position, canted to sit very flush against the hip
Nice clip. How much is that gun?
Good review, what IWB holster do you use?
I don't have this firearm anymore and honestly can't remember which holster I used. Sorry.
Any tips on proper grip? (ie not riding the slide lock)
I've never had that issue with the p2000sk myself so that's a tough one to answer. Depends on hand size and where the thumbs ride.
thanks for great video I can buy one hkp2000 sk and training this
What is the overall height with the 13rd usp magazine?
The P2000 is not a sub compact weapon. It’s just compact!
The DA pull on my SK is smoother than my USP compact, doesn't effect my shooting , I just noticed on some dry pulls.
FunkyFresh48 Really? My USP is definitely a smoother and lighter pull then the sk. Still ok to shoot the sk well enough tho.
FunkyFresh48 Yep, from DA.
Lol, my comment disappeared and reappeared.
i have the p2000sk 40. have you tried the .357 sig barrel?
I have not tried it. Mine is the 9mm.
I love and carry this same V3..Holsters are hard to find can you recommend any?. Nice channel.
Thank you, appreciate that. Yep, full grip.
Not sure how you can assume everyone will shoot better with the flat plate, I sure didn't. Putting some pressure on the grip with the pinky helps mitigate recoil. It's physics.
Can a p2000sk use the same barrel as a p30sk?
I've never owned a p30sk, but I typed your question into Google and apparently they share the same barrel.
Poe Performance Thanks for finding out.Have you ever tried a walther?like a PpQ I or a p99 great guns.
Dang! I paid $750 for mine.
They're going for way more than that now! Especially in California. That's experience speaking. Hahahaha!
^..^~~
Yes!
^..^~~
Ets has mags now fun sticks
I wish I could have picked up the hk p2000 sk for $500. I bought one yesterday for $850 before tax.
Did you get the Lem version? Gun shop down the street has one for 500 right now I think I’m going to get it tomorrow
Still use it?
No I don't but I would recommend it to anyone who loves hammer fired guns. Great gun though, easy to shoot well.
@@PoeOutdoors Did the p365 replace it?
No, I sold it quite a while before the first 365. It went when I cleaned out all of my hammer fired guns.
@@PoeOutdoors Can you give some insight as to why you went away from hammer-fired?
A Working Class man that wants the best product I can afford but be financially responsible. I can afford to go buy a thousand dollar pistol but it would not be in my best Interest. So I get the best quality I can afford. I will only own and carry DA/SA pistols. The new Springfield XDe is one
of those pistols that is a Gem for the money. They are selling like hot cakes right now! It's the Thinnest DA/SA Single Stack 9mm made. It's just a hair bigger than a Shield. The slide is less than 1 inch wide
I'm sorry the minute I saw that beard I had to turn the video off
Haha! One of the best comments I've ever had on my channel. Ridiculous and strange, but definitely a keeper!
