She did a few dumb things In the movie 🤣she decided to send a smoke signal in the house and almost burned them inside the bandits put the fire out then she let the get within 10 yards and didn't shoot. The only smart thing she did was take their guns when they first arrived but left them after she decided to sneak out at night on foot and they just rode their horses and caught her. Movies today are made by people dumber than the characters
something ive noticed about the daily wire films is how all of them center around 1 location. while it does in a small way point to the difference in budget between dw and hollywood, its also quite refreshing to see a movie make the most of the sets available to them instead of relying on the now tired trope of traveling the globe with strained excuses to show off set pieces while distracting from the fact that the writing is lacking.

The title, "Terror on the Prairie" reminds me of how westerns, particularly Louise L'Amour westerns, were named. Ride the River. Lonely on the Mountain. To the Far Blue Mountains, to name a few. Ride the Dark Trail is one such story in which Logan Sacket, a rough and intemperate drifter helps out a rambunctious woman in defending her land against some men who seek to obtain it. . . by any means possible. It's the kind of story that never gets old, as long as it continues to be told through new lenses, new people, with different experiences and imagination. I'm hoping I'll enjoy this one. I can appreciate a slow burn.

Just saw it.. it's awesome!! Gina Carano is my new favorite action hero. She's as strong as an ox and knows how to fight in real life. The entire cast was excellent. Even the kid that played Gina's son did a great job. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. There's even some pretty brutal scenes. Great western and great movie overall 👍
oh yeah and such a great shot with those guns. the part I like the best is how she brought all of this on herself and put her kids and everything else they owned at risk. I was on edge of my seat too. yelling and cussing about how aggravating this story line is. my favorite part is when she told her son to hide the baby.

I hate to point this out, but prairies don't have mountains, and they don't have enough trees to build log cabins, or log fences. Most wood found on a prairie would be used for wood stoves along with cow chips. I loves me some Western Revisionist movies, but I sort of dislike most of the new budget style Westerns that keep getting churned out. (Like the ones with the lousy kid music in it that completely destroys any semblance of what a Western should have as a movie). From the trailer, this looks like a flop IMO.

um there was no box office, it was a direct to streaming movies. The only tickets were for a friends and family premiere. It's like saying Luca bombed in theaters. Cause it's one physical screening at an aquarium made $100.

I hate to point this out, but prairies don't have mountains, and they don't have enough trees to build log cabins, or log fences. Most wood found on a prairie would be used for wood stoves along with cow chips.
I loves me some Western Revisionist movies, but I sort of dislike most of the new budget style Westerns that keep getting churned out. (Like the ones with the lousy kid music in it that completely destroys any semblance of what a Western should have as a movie).
From the trailer, this looks like a flop IMO.
