Not sure why but felt like sharing - Adrien Brody is an awesome person as well as an actor. Met him randomly in the streets of Austin, TX during SXSW, we were sitting at a bar outside and saw him. One of our friends shouted at him and asked him to come over offering to buy him a drink. He sat down with us for nearly an hour letting us buy him a couple of beers, he was there with a PR person, she was super nice too, good people. Super down to earth, what I would describe how people personify Keanu Reeves all the time (Keanu might be cool too, haven't had the luck of seeing him!). Can't wait to see this.

Adrien Brody is brilliant and a genius and blows me away in every role. I even love him as a villain, especially on Peaky Blinders. He draws you in and you just can't look away.
Brody is a real working actor. Chooses his roles carefully, performa them perfectly and elevates every flick he’s in. That said, personally I don’t need another violence fest. There’s already enough of the real stuff in the world and I like movies that help me take a break from it all. Still, looks amazing.

The moment he found out she was hanging out with the criminal gangs he got cautious and and kept an extra eye on her until she went missing. Then he goes full slasher on the bad guys to save her. Of course the bad guys want their revenge and hunt him down. Reminds me a lot of the "Equalizer" with Denzel Washington. Almost the same plot. Except Adrien Brody uses axes and big ass wrenches and what not to do the deeds.

Some people gave him a bad review for his role in Peaky Blinders but if you haven't watched the show or at least the season he is in, I'd highly recommend. First thing I saw him in was King Kong, followed by The Village, then Predators. Contrasting his hero role in King Kong, was really good to see him play such an antagonistic role in Peaky Blinders.

I don't think he stole the show, it's kinda hard to top Cillian Murphy, but he was outstanding for sure. He's flown under the radar the last several years, but he's made some great films. Looking forward to this.

Finally, I've been waiting to see Brody in something badass since he was in Predators. Bout damn time!
Some people gave him a bad review for his role in Peaky Blinders but if you haven't watched the show or at least the season he is in, I'd highly recommend. First thing I saw him in was King Kong, followed by The Village, then Predators. Contrasting his hero role in King Kong, was really good to see him play such an antagonistic role in Peaky Blinders.

He won best actor for The Pianist as well. Smoldering underrated talent.

I don't think he stole the show, it's kinda hard to top Cillian Murphy, but he was outstanding for sure. He's flown under the radar the last several years, but he's made some great films. Looking forward to this.
