Looked it up and Wikipedia said he had to drop out for scheduling :( The other actors are great, and I would normally be super excited to see Denzel and Joseph Quinn play total psychos, but I sadly will probably spend the whole movie lamenting Hounsou's absence.

Could be, but only thanks to Greece, I believe when Alexander the Great of Macedonia went to Africa had to encounter them, although Greeks were not slave owners as Romans, but after Greece was conquered everyone became Roman empire slaves.
So the trailer looks sick, but if you take away all the references of the first film, this would be still sick as a separate film. But Denzel feels so out of place here, he's using his bobby beans 2Guns acting, when I feel like we should be getting his Man On Fire acting.
