You are all spot on!!!! This was everything I experienced with my ex. He never ever took accountability for anything he did to me. He took every opportunity to use my vulnerabilities against me and exploited me and threatened me with taking my career away from me etc. The torment was endless. The silent treatments and discards and roping me back was hell on earth. You can't change these people and nothing works because they want complete submission. Even if you do concede they move the goal posts and purposely disagree with you just to screw with your mental health. All the symptoms you identified from being with these demons is real! The stages that you go through with them are soo clear and common. It's no wonder all of the victims feel like they've been with the same person. They all work from the same playbook.

This is something no one talks about…it’s our biggest problem. His abuse has caused me to turn cold. I don’t feel in love w this monster yet he wants my love. Anyone else going through this? It’s not easy to leave as we have been together for many years and we have a child.

Yes me too. I don’t feel anything anymore. I am miserable and feel empty. Married 18 years and two kids. I’m trapped

@@WingfeatherE12 I’m so sorry. It feels so crappy. I wish I could feel differently.

Don't feel trapped, you have the power to choose freedom. Even with children you can still live peacefully without the narcissist.

As an adoptee and being empathic this resonates...a lot.

Doing my best to not get triggered by the lady continually calling the narcissistic a he and the victim a she. The number of male victims is super underreported. Please don’t forget us.

Don't get triggered by the pronouns. 50 % of narcissists are female. Narcissism is a spirit that takes on both male & female genders.

The trigger is appreciated. Especially in situations where a narc may have used the person's gender against them. So sorry for your struggles. But so glad that Lisa Kaler also knows the stats.
