I have one question. Is there anything that we can prepare by means of potatoes or mushroom or thick bread or paneer or solid mixture of all of those by which we can replace chicken as main ingredient? You can suggest me if you have thought about another combinations to make a main ingredient in biryani or in gravy to replace chicken.

Hi I watched ur video for the lemon pickle. Where I was confused is where u said mix the spices right away. But u did not mention how much oil chillies mustard seeds and did not see what else u put in the hot oil. Also do u keep the lemon for 10 days before u put the oil. It seems like an easy recepie.
When you have finished the recipe of your lemon pickle, do you close it with a lid or a cloth, for the ten days.
