This video so far is the best one in terms of understanding the precise steps and understanding it. Thank you for this recipe. My friend gave me a bag full of lemons from her garden. Aside from the juice, I didn't want the lemon to go to waste so I was trying to find a recipe that uses the peel.

@vahchef, Is there a version of the lemon pickle where the lemon is slightly baked or do we just leave it in the jar for it to become soft. The fully tempered pickles last a year and more.

Hello. I have just came back to Spain from India this January, where I spent one month, and I learnt there, that there is a frut : Mangua. And because I like speacy, they use stong spicies piment, and the secret in order not to destroy your "guts", is to let 3 weeks the pikkle in a Mustard oil. Or I don't know, to make this pikkle whicth I suppose, must be delicious, in the same time with this mustard oil.
Do you know more, about this version please ? Do you have a opinion about ? Thank you very much
