👃 How does it Smell: It was light in intensity with aromas of vanilla, molasses, slight oak

🤤 How does it Taste: Dry and a texture of smooth and full with a light intensity. On the palate I picked up vanilla, toast, burnt sugar

Ingredients:
1 oz. Pampero Especial Rum
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. double strength ginger syrup
3 oz. club soda
1/2 oz. Pampero Aniversario
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Shake Pampero Especial Rum, lime juice, and ginger syrup
2️⃣ Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass
3️⃣ Top with club soda, stir, float Aniversario, and garnish

Ingredients:
1 ounce rum
3 ounces Coca-Cola
Garnish: lime wedge
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Fill a highball glass with ice, then add rum and Coca-Cola
2️⃣ Garnish with a lime wedge. Squeeze the lime into your drink, if desired
