Ingredients:
2.5 oz Bacardi Reserva Ocho
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 oz freshly-pressed apple juice
2 dashes orange bitters

1️⃣ Build in an Old-Fashioned glass over ice.
2️⃣ Add rum, simple syrup and bitters, then float apple juice on top.
3️⃣ Garnish with apple slices.

1️⃣ Combine Ingredients, stir until chilled, and strain in glass with large cube
