This has been one of the BEST tools I’ve gained from training with you all. Learning to carry myself with confidence and having a constant awareness of my surroundings when I’m out and about. That And NEVER being on my phone in public anymore ;D Priceless 👌🏻
One of the toughest things to deal with, at least IME, in a conflict situation is that a complete *stranger* wants to take my head off. Even in a competitive situation against someone who is clearly amped, there is obvious motivation - on the street its just sudden and violent, particularly where drugs or alcohol are concerned. Thanks for the video.
I love these gold nuggets, Sifu! I don’t just watch your videos, I study them and they make me a better teacher, martial artist and overall human being! Thanks for taking the time out to do this!
Another instructor I spoke with said "Practice safety at all times". He also described some senarios and what to do. So some kind of meditation practice sounds useful to reinforce overall consciousness. Don't just float through life - good for MAs, good for life.
I'm surprised I haven't heard of this in the firearm circles. It's my favorite one over Colonel Jeff Cooper's color coded one. And this one comes from another Colonel, John Boyd. Thanks from Texas.
Omg! That scene is what made me aware of my surroundings as a kid!! Haha. At like 9 years old watching that I decided that guy is the most B.A Of them all. He didn't even have to fight. Awesome
4:02 omg I love you hahaha hate narcissistic types, surrounded by them. And yes they like to hurt people because they think it'll make their tiny little egos feel better
