I love the fact that she launches an "environment friendly" skincare line while being one of the people that emits more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere by the constant use of her private jet 🥴
If people started treating her like a real human she could fly regular airlines, but you know damn well if she walked into an airport the psychos an crazy fans come out the wood works. She can’t just go to an airport and hop on a plane without a huge commotion. I’m sure airlines would end up banning celebs like her if that became their regular routine
@@Koleys exactly. Im in no way a kim k fan or a fan of any of the family. But the whole private jet argument needs to stop. I dont get what people expect. High profile people are also targeted, they arent going to risk travelling with the public when they could be swamped by fans or worse, hurt!
@@jodziebear665 @KS It is entirely possible to create a system for high profile people to travel with the masses. But this will never happen because families like the Kardashians would never. Someone with that kind of fame and money will always take their private jet to their private island (evem during a pandemic let's not forget). The same rules do not apply to them, they are "above us", other than and they know that. Best we don't forget that either and hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves without excusing their behavior
Kim should've released a whole line for psoriasis since she has suffered with it for so many years. I think it wld have been received way better and gotten almost zero criticism.
She would find it hard to do that because psoriasis is a condition that requires medical treatment most of the time- not cosmetics. Legally, she probably can’t and also, she would not be able to target such a large audience- and make money.
When have the Kardashian avoided criticism though. Like really we all know that there is no such thing as bad publicity and the kardashians more than most seem to use that to drive themselves forward. A little bit of criticism and skepticism, and you suddenly have double the number of people talking about it than before
Uh, no, psoriasis is an autoimmune condition, similar to eczema. Firstly, it's illegal to sell products claiming to cure medical conditions unless the products contain a drug proven to treat it. Secondly, it would be incredibly gross for her to exploit people desperate to treat it like that, as people will absolutely spend more than they can afford to try to do so.
The fact that her esthetician is telling people not to wear SPF is enough for me to disregard any advice she might have. I know from experience that you can get sun damage indoors. I sat at a desk near a window for three years and the side of my face that faced the window has way more redness, dark spots and freckles. I now wear SPF everyday even if I’m not leaving the house.
Yup. I also wear SPF every day in the office. My beauty hack in 2021 is the #touchbeauty ultrasonic device GLOW. Pretty helpful in cleansing and massaging. It works great for me so far. Deep cleanse but gently to remove the impurities in the pores. My skin feels a lot smoother! I'm using it more regularly for a weekly treatment to make a clean look at makeup. I like it so much. :)
@@daniellan8216 They're not really wrong though. Kim did really make it mainstream. I remember when she talked about contouring and everyone in 5th or 6th grade was completely in awe with it and started doing it regularly (even though they did It terribly lmao). I love the LGBT community and I wish drag queens got more recognition for being the masters of contouring, but it is undeniable that Kim Kardashian did made it mainstream and popular to the average person.
$90 for Hyaluronic acid? This woman has lost her mind. There are many Japanese and Korean beauty products that retail for half the price and have been proven to actually work. And yet her stans will still break their bank to buy this.
I wish brands would stop pushing "sustainability", "biodegradable", or "environment-friendly". Starting a skincare or makeup line is creating waste from the beginning. Celebrities should just partner with well established brands. A friend of mine delivered thousands of environment-friendly, sustainable takeout containers and each container was wrapped in plastic.
I agree. And its funny to be coming from them, when theyre really not sustainable or eco friendly on their multiple trips on private jets as if its going to the cornerstore. People’s plastic and such, contributes a very small amount. Big corporations will never ever fall short in their contribution to contamination and environmental decline. Its just hypocritical and a buzzword to make you self conscious about our( normal people) very small carbon footprint, to get more sell$$$.
as someone who wants to start their own skincare line (i see a gap and am targeting a specific audience though it wont be limited to just them), i recognize that i would be creating waste from the get-go and am trying to find ways to minimize that waste and be as sustainable as possible. i do have an idea but without talking to someone who has experience with sustainability, sourcing, and manufacturing, im not really sure how plausible or costly that idea may be. sustainability is one of my biggest concerns but the reason why i hope to create the skincare line is also very important to me and i also believe it may be beneficial to lots of other people. ive also had a similar experience where i ordered something online and while the outside package was paper, the product was wrapped in plastic. i stood there and thought “what was the point”?
@@templar. capitalism and consumerist culture will never said sustainability so wake up and just try to reduce ur carbon footprint, there's enough products already
@@Sana-mb6ig if there were enough products already for someone like me, i wouldnt be struggling to find one for months, speaking with dermatologists who also cant find anything for me, and ultimately planning on making a skincare line myself. like i said, im targeting a specific audience and by the sound of it, youre not part of it.
Honestly she’s already a billionaire, wouldn’t the right thing to do is promote her esthetician and help her with a skin care line instead of using her expertise and slapping Kim’s name on it? Idk. What more money do you need girl lol
No matter how many celebs or influencers comes out with a skincare brand, The Ordinary changed my life. Its so freaking affordable too. Im not stupid enough to spend my money on this. But If i had to select a celeb brand i would definitely choose fenty coz her products are innovative and she literally changed the beauty game. She basically used a her platform to show us something new. 💯
Good skincare doesn't have to be expansive at all, ingredients are not that expansive!! They are just greedy and full of marketing. La Mer for $1700 for 250 ml , I mean you must have a lack of braincells if you buy that, seriously
I tried the ordinary and it didn’t help my skin. I even researched heavily which things to use for my skin particularly. I was so bummed bc ppl have said it helped them. Idk anything about Fenty but now I’m going to look it up.
the little "give you tips *LIKE I WOULD GIVE MY SISTERS*" is such a selling tactic to make it seem like 'if i buy this i'll in some way be like a kardashian sister' .... it's subtle but i heard it right away
At this point I’m tired of people with cosmetic work (filler, botox, etc) access to frequent treatment/facials and launching skin care anything. Tired of the BBLs promoting fitness and waist trainers. I could go on.
The only difference between this brand and Kylie Skin is who it's being marketed to. Kylie Skin targets a younger audience and Kim is targeting an older audience (who presumably has more $$$). I doubt ingredient wise, this will be much different than Kylie Skin. I will give her credit for at least trying to be sustainable with refills. HA and Vitamin C are nice, but there are a LOT of products out there with those ingredients. It's basic and nothing revolutionary. If the vitamin c product is good and stable, MAYBE it might be worth it. But there's some other vitamin c products that are pretty good and affordable. It's just another cash grab, but I'm hoping people know that at this point. Anything the Kar-Jenners release at this point is a cash grab. Needless to say, I won't be buying this. I already have my excessive skincare routine and not looking to support that family.
@@lygophilia4127 oh definitely! This family rides on the coattails of other successful brands and just slaps their name on a product and BOOM! People believe them and by their products. Kylie Skin has ripped off on other brands. Her sunscreen is a dupe of Supergoop’s sunscreen. Kourtney’s Poosh brand is just a Kardashian version of Goop. I have no doubt that Kim’s skincare is going to rip off on other skincare brands. I’m sure she sees Kylie’s success in it and sees that other celebs have launch their own skincare brands (that no one asked for) so she wants to cash in while it’s hot.
I haven’t bought one kardashian product yet. I want some skims and good American jeans but I absolute refuse to contribute to their immense wealth regardless of how fantabulous the product is..

@@ginacasu that’s exactly what I just commented! Don’t they freaking have enough money by now? When are they going to stop swindling people out of their money? Jeeze! Greedy frickn family

In a few years, if you keep up with your honesty, your incredible intelligence, and your divine personality, I think this channel is where people will come to learn about skincare. I think you are so genuine, you make your own opinions, and use your brain to make your own conclusions, is just a breath of fresh air.
Can we also talk about how she got a cease-and-desist warning from a small, Black-owned beauty brand “SKKN+”, the Black-owned beauty company, was established in 2018 in Washington DC but has since relocated to Brooklyn and is owned by 28-year-old Cydnie Lunsford. Literally copying an already established brands name.
James welsh talked about Kim’s line the other day and he pointed out a small handful of companies that all use “skin” in the name but spell it almost similar. He talked about SKKN+.
If you look up the trademarks, the SKKN+ brand did not trademark the name until march 28th 2021. Kim trademarked her's march 30th 2021 and holds the trademark for that name on beauty products, household products, downloadable content, etc. The trademark for SKKN+ is for beauty and skincare salon services. Kim's trademark for those services is dead, meaning it was abandoned and if she chooses to provide those services, she can't use that name. Lori Harvey also has a skin care brand named SKN trademarked in August 2021. If you're going to spin it as Kim taking something from a black owned company, then Lori Harvey is doing the same thing and she is a black woman. Even Conair has a trademark for SKN for facial tools.
I went to an interview and have still been interviewing in a masked face. This time, no one was masked. I had no make-up on, but thanks to YOU and these videos, and having started on skin care (Inkey List and Innisfree sunscreen) during the pandemic in place of daily makeup, I took my mask off and felt confident during my first bare-faced interview. I knew my 62 yr old skin looked great and glowy, so put it out of my mind and got the job! $600 seems 10 times more than one needs to spend, doesn't it?
$600 on good skincare is unnecessary. Spend 1/10 of that and spend the rest on visits to aestheticians and dermatologists and you’ll have way better results. If you want to spend a lot on your skincare products, you can afford it, and you enjoy it, then go off. But for 99% of people, it’s not reasonable, and if you’re a results driven person, it’s not logical. Don’t buy the most expensive skincare products, buy the best formulated, most efficacious products that have the right actives.

Well, she said that using it indoors is not mandatory, which is true though. According to Michelle, chemistry PHD from lab muffin beauty, if you're further than 2 meters from the window uva exposure is almost non-existant. This is supported by science.
This is a joke. And my skincare routine is real. Kim has become a weirdo but beyond that she’s had so much plastic surgery- No way do I trust anything she declares I should be putting on my skin. I’m 44 and my skin looks amazing because of simple sunscreens and some retinol by the Ordinary. I don’t need this money hungry Hollywood liar telling me what’s best for my skin.
Same here...!! I'm 33, I just use fruits, vegetables, stuff from Bath & Body Works or Bodycology skincare products. I honestly doubt, she uses products from her line.
I adhere to mostly a wholefoods, plant based diet, meditation and exercise...barely wear makeup, and maintain a simple skin routine, wash, tone, moisturize... I'm also 45 years of age and never had cosmetic surgery. No disrespect to Kim, she seems cool. But I think I will pass.
As Ironman once said to Captain America, “everything special about you came out of a bottle.” KK is the same. Everything “special” about her, came out of a bottle or syringe. This is 100% a cash grab.
I honestly have no interest in spending a cent on skincare by a person who cannot admit to the cosmetic works they have done to their face (yes, she has body work done too but that's another topic). Comparing her photos through out the years can show the changes that she denies and the same as Kylie.
@@brittanynicole4370 its like when social media influencers regularly go to salons and have treatments done and then claim a product they are being paid to promote is the reason their skin is so clear. Obviously not because of the beauty therapists treating their skin

Shea butter is literally a miracle worker. We have lots of it in Nigeria… I get a cut, I apply it and in 24-50 hours I’m good so ✅ on the sheabutter.. However, I’m still not sold on why I should buy these as they are excessively expensive.
It’s already known that Kim started KKW beauty because of the success Kylie had with her makeup. Now it’s skincare. By the way, your pronunciation of SKKN is so hilarious. I am dying. I love that you are serious when you need to be, but can make use laugh our butts off.
I wear sunscreen indoors once but reapplying it inside is just too costly unless I’m outside for over 2 hours. Also if u watch lab muffin beauty science’s video she makes valid points about the fact it honestly depends. I watched another derm who tested if reapplying spf inside is necessary, and most of it actually stays on your skin if you’re mostly just inside. We gotta think of our financial health too.
Even though I am a firm believer in applying sunscreen daily, I don't really believe in wearing SPF indoors, especially if you are not staying close to windows. It feels to me as another skincare bandwagon which is intended to generate more sales for the spf manufacturers (remember, they are also trying to profit as much as they can).
I bet you it's also a bid to stay relevant and in the media. Because skincare is trendier than makeup right now, it's probably much less about the customers and far more about coming out with a product that's designed to flex. She could have introduced this line quietly to people who could afford it, but she chose to really broadcast it to people who couldn't and would have these kinds of critiques, so I think it's a way of keeping the narrative on herself.

I recently watched a video commenting on how Kylie Cosmetics has fallen out of favor in recent years, and the person who did the review also commented on how bad and shitty the packaging is. (It appears as though they kept the hideous dripping lipstick lips and merely changed the packaging to Millenial pink.) It is my assumption that Kylie and Kim think their names alone will sell the product and that they don't need to spend much, if any, time fussing over the branding of their cosmetics. (Meanwhile, celebrity cosmetics brands Rare Beauty and Fenty Beauty have absolutely gorgeous packaging that feel crisp, clean, modern, and beautifully reflect the celebrities who founded the brand.)
This is honestly my favorite video of yours. You Nailed it!!!! Lie how you say Skkkkkkn. 🤣🤣 I don't even look at their products. I think they are all over priced, when a better more affordable option is everywhere you look. So thank you for your honest review.
Okay. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, love the minimalist look but I would never ever buy celebrity skincare specially Kardashians. So NAH from me, I’ll stick with my Korean Skincare
Kim and her team are currently in litigation, battling over the name SKKN, for her new beauty venture, with a Black-owned company called Beauty Concept founded by Cyndie Lunsford, who already has a brand on the market called SKKN + as well.
Why does nobody love Timeless Vitamin C, vitamin E, Ferulic acid ? It's beautifully packaged and very good value at $30-$40 AND it's a dupe for the Skinceuticals
$648 for an eye cream from Ms Czech’s own line - that is insane! No ingredient in this world is worth that kind of unjustified spend!! I wonder how frequently this product is destroyed due to expiration dates compared to its sale volumes?… 🤔

As someone who has suffered with psoriasis I would NEVER spend $600+ on a skincare line that could potentially go down the drain just from a dramatic change. I always have to introduce products one at a time so I know which one has cause a flare up, less is better. With the amount of people that suffer she could make a lot of $$$$ marketing to psoriasis sufferers. Extremely unpopular option but I always get 1 hour of sun before 10am and sunscreen to hold up vitamin D otherwise I have a flare up. As Kim said it "selfish to not share information" even if the info is wrong hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣 I'm most likely wrong but the benefit outweighs the risk for me personally.
I’m with you on the calculated sun exposure. Even as a melanoma survivor. At one point my body was covered with 80% plaque psoriasis. I’ve tried all kinds of RX topicals even Humira injections. My skin cleared up the most (without any RX) by avoiding inflammatory foods (dairy, processed sugar, etc.), calculated sun exposure like you said, GENTLY exfoliating with a sugar scrub, keeping it soothed and hydrated, taking vit c and k2+d3 supplements, drinking lots of water, keeping stress levels as low as possible. My skin was 100% clear before I went through a series of extremely traumatic events. I’m recovering from those events and my skin is on its way to being clear again. It’s such a difficult balance but it’s possible and I’m praying I get to being clear again at some point. Guess I needed to vent lol but I mainly just wanted to say to you that I know others might disagree but even having had a freakishly rare and aggressive form of melanoma I still believe in calculated sun exposure for the psoriasis and of course it’s got other benefits but I’m sure you know this. Have you noticed anything else that helps your psoriasis? May I ask how long you’ve been battling it? About 10 years for me now 🫤 Only cleared up 100% once for a few months before that string of traumatic events.
Does vitamin D aggravate skin? Thanks for sharing! Curious about your 10am and vitamin d tip. As I just had a strong skin reaction and am trying to figure out why.
@@originaldana thankyou for sharing your story, I have plaque psoriasis of the scalp (eyebrows, armpits, pubes, anywhere there's hair) so getting rid of most of the hair on my body helps. It cleared up to about 5-10% around the age of 19, I was living a pretty stress free life, job of my dreams, then it all flared up again 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. Stress. It will get better when I'm allowed to go back to work. I am greatful you've survived melanoma, I believe we evolved on this earth under the sun so it's light has benefits to us, like anything in moderation. I think the biggest thing that helps me is remembering I have done all that I can, and will do all I can to make myself comfortable and healthy. Unstress. My partner has recently started skyrizi injections, like you he has plaque psoriasis. When he first started on them he was 95% covered and had been that way since he was about 18. Now when he goes to the dermatologist they struggle to find some!!! I can't believe the medical breakthrough they've had with this one! 😁😁 it makes me so happy, he says this is as close the cured as you can get. You never know when a medical breakthrough might help your journey. Oh and not drinking alcohol or eating greasy MSG foods, taste gross to me anyway haha. Like their makeup they are also now trying to sexualise skincare too. As you rightly point out she has makeup on throughout. The best makeup possible no doubt due to the team around her. These people just want your money. $600+ would be better spent seeing a dermatologist. Their whole look is a product of surgery and having access to the best of everything. Sadly many people will buy SK-K-KN as you say it or even Kylie Skin because they want to buy into the Karjenner lifestyle. It’s all a con.
I normally don’t comment but I have to say something. She sold I believe 20% of KKW to COTY. KKW was built on the foundation of heavy contouring. Makeup trends today are “no makeup” makeup so we have moved away from the heavy contour. In addition skin care is more of a “trend” now so in order for COTY to get there investment back they came out with (skkn)
And ķkw beauty doesn't exist anymore because Seed beauty sued Kim and kylie for selling trade secrets so they had to re do kylie's products ingredients and Kim just decided to close kkw altogether because she dropped the W... but yes with the rest of what you said!!
she killed 😵😵☠️ me with the "giving everybody my yrs and yrs of tips and tricks, like I would give my sisters"... She's not "giving" nothing, she's charging a fortune for basic products with (probably decent) but basic ingredients.....This just feels gross

No, it's not that original. James Welsh put out a video talking about it a few days ago. It makes sense to me to substitute the I for a K, since that's her initials. And I know *several* beauty salons who call themselves "Skkn" or "skin" or some variation of that.

I've tried less steps, I've tried cheaper combination of products but I couldn't get the results I wanted. It's taken years of mixing and matching and I'm finally on the right combo and it's not far off what Kim's line is. With the addition of some peptides and glycolics. So if her lines includes those, I'll splash out and try t..
I also have an extensive skincare routine for a fraction of this cost. mostly Korean skincare with the addition of acids and retin a. nothing she is offering is new or innovative. if you got the coin to throw away tho, cheers.
It might be sibling rivalry, but Kim always does it better. I remember hearing about quality issues (either in defects or formulation) with Kylie's lines, but I never heard about it with Kim's. Kim's eyeshadow was better, her swimwear line is better, and I feel like this will be better. If it was a choice between just Kylie Skin or Kim's, I'd buy Kim's because there's no walnut scrub.

The fact that the brand is NOT a medical skin care and yet cost much more as most of the ones that are really amazed me. Why spend that money in something that is not worthy?
Why does Kim sound like a robot trying to sound human while reading from a list, unprepared about what they're gonna say.... who in their right mind supports those people and whyyyy

But as with many other things, it wont change because of a single person, so yeah, I get buying the stuff if it is what works for you - like with Shein, the problems isn't the poor people who buy from there because they have no choice, the problem is the industry and the rich influencers who buy without thinking and promote this type of behavior.
Good luck to everyone who thinks that wearing sunscreen indoors isn’t necessary. Sure you might not burn but you still get exposed. @@jodziebear665 @KS
It is entirely possible to create a system for high profile people to travel with the masses.

I used to work at a day spa in hollywood and Kim’s esthetician would come in sometimes and she smelled and is scary looking in person lol

It's just a socio political buzz word lol

The only difference between this brand and Kylie Skin is who it's being marketed to. Kylie Skin targets a younger audience and Kim is targeting an older audience (who presumably has more $$$). I doubt ingredient wise, this will be much different than Kylie Skin. I will give her credit for at least trying to be sustainable with refills.

There’s also another brand called SKN by LC that she screwed up.
That is abhorrent!!!
Yes, a company which hasn’t bothered to trade mark its name. It may be black owned, but at what point is this important?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! Cheers to you and your new job!!! 🥂🎉💖

You can burn and go red and I've even blistered from the sun here (hole in the ozone layer right above Tasmania) but never a rash. I hope this helps, or gives you a start to some more research 😁
anyone else lol-ling along to this video? loved it! i can't poossibly say skkn without going sk k k k k n after watching this
I’ve been waiting for this video since I heard the news of skkn! I also LOOOOOVE that you mentioned dr dray! Both of you are my favorite RUclipsrs. ❤️ also love your analysis this video is incredibly well done. I cannot believe Kim herself could trust someone who says not to wear sunscreen indoors. Insane. I am definitely still going to try her c serum and cleanser. Then MAYBE try an oil and the exfoliant later for fun.
I would never purchase anything that are associated with Kardashians/Jenner's I don't support what they stand for
I could, not, WAIT for you to drop a video on this
Aaa! Ask a Mortician! Love her!
Also: facts, Cassandra. Facts as always👏
This ☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽 genius. FOLLOW THE MONEY
And ķkw beauty doesn't exist anymore because Seed beauty sued Kim and kylie for selling trade secrets so they had to re do kylie's products ingredients and Kim just decided to close kkw altogether because she dropped the W... but yes with the rest of what you said!!
One of the most entertainingly TRUTHFUL videos I have watched. Thank you Cassandra!!
I was really waiting for you to say it was probably K-K-K-K-K-Krap. LOL
she killed 😵😵☠️ me with the "giving everybody my yrs and yrs of tips and tricks, like I would give my sisters"... She's not "giving" nothing, she's charging a fortune for basic products with (probably decent) but basic ingredients.....This just feels gross
i adore you Cassandra! we dont deserve you
I am not even interested in this brand and never bought any Kardashian jenner products, yet I got emails from SKKN saying "we are so excited for you to give us your money" I DONT WANT THIS CRAP CASH GRAB! It's so ridiculous to get emails from a company you have never shopped at! Anyone else getting these emails?!
Cassandra this is not a dig - but for me as a consumer, I would rather listen to you and have you sell a product to me in minimal make up and with visible acne than even consider buying something from a fake human. You’re real, you know what you’re talking about, you’re fact based and you’re fair even to brands that you wouldn’t use. You win every time for me.
Adding to it…honestly I hear celebrity skin care like and go ‘fuck that.’ Hearing there’s a Kardashian skin line…double fuck that. I could not be less interested in it if you gave me the entire rage for free. I’m mainly here to see you rip this range to tiny shreds for my amusement 😂😂😂
Kim is a real human, but yeah this line is supremely pointless.
This is exactly why I follow her! She is also so nice!
@@NomadicWanderer11 also as an addition, yes Kim is a human but how can I buy into anything she tries to sell me when, as Cassandra says, she’s had so much surgical augmentation and is in so much make up? I can’t. It was the same when Cheryl Cole (if you live in England) tried to sell us shampoo with a head full of hair extensions.
Even through the into, you can tell she’s sitting there having no idea what she wants to say. ‘Well I wanted to start a skincare line because I…’ cue massive pause. I check out straight away then because if you can’t immediately tell me your reasons and you actually have to formulate an answer…clearly you have no idea what you want to say
@@nixfarrik6214 so we discredit people solely based on the fact that they’ve had plastic surgery? There’s generally makeup worn in every skincare line launch.
So NYT is really giving Kim the credit for bringing "the concept of contouring to the world?" Really? 😐🙄😒
I was contouring before she was born! I learned contouring from waitressing in a drag bar and watching my friend go from John to Rachel L’Amour!
I just die everytime you pronounce SKKN is killing me hahahahahaha
I love you for not being fake. Thank you
Honest, genuinely informative, and fuKkKing credible every time. Thank you for calling it like you see it. I’ll always watch your videos before buying into the frenzied uninformed hype that always seems to surround these kinds of launches x
The Ordinary was a new era in skincare since they got a lot of people interested in skincare ingredients and science. I would rather use Dollar Tree’s vitamin C than give money to those fam-wh**s.
You just wrote what was in my mind ❣️👍
Agree but let's stop degrading women using words like w**res ! Pls 🙏
Totaly agreeeeee
Understandable u don't like them but degrading them doesn't make u better
Good but whore is not a word you should associate with ANY woman.
You go girl… preach… I just a cash grab is nothing new you could find at Sephora from any brand… tell us what fucking skkn is bringing to the table nothing… hell no I not buying this shit… people please don’t buy the have a load of money already… and I was just going to mention about how they like to copy out ppl ideas… they never have nothing original.
$600?!?! That’s crazy! I wish she would have at least called it skin as they would seem to make more since!
I think we should also talk about the brand name situation. Didn't she steal it from a black woman owned skincare business that's been using the same name for 5 years already?
It's not exactly super original so I doubt they deliberately stole this, plus it's kind of the owners mistake for not trademarking.
@@morgianasartre6709 ugh, she didn’t trademark it? SMH rookie mistake unless she wasn’t able to.
@@morgianasartre6709 You're talking legals, I'm talking morals. And tbh I'm not sure about the trademarking status.
No, it's not that original. James Welsh put out a video talking about it a few days ago. It makes sense to me to substitute the I for a K, since that's her initials. And I know *several* beauty salons who call themselves "Skkn" or "skin" or some variation of that.
I did the math because canada. Its no less than 800$ in maple moneys.
I can get every (18) full sized glow recipe product from sephora for the price of kims line.
Thats not even taking into consideration the potential cost of customs (its already between 20-60$ CAD customs for a $150ish order from the states so like...yeahhhhhhh...)
And we all know they wont include customs and duties in shipping
“Maple moneys” took me out
Aussie $896!!!
This video should win an award! I have not & will not ever purchase anything from the Kardashian/Jenner clan.
I'm absolutely screaming at the clip of Caitlin Doughty 😂❤️ I LOVED it. Kudos to you or your editor on that one 🤣
I love your views Cassandra!! 😂😂😂😂 It's all about, "MONEY"!
Judging by her fleshy bodysuit, it seems like the coloring of the containers she went for is "nude" like skin, but with the dullness or whatever, they just look like cheap cardboard to me, not a luxury skincare line.
it looks like her bathroom😂
The products are def gonna be bad but the packaging is the one of the most elegant and beautiful packaging I’ve ever seen
Yeah, the color looks so dull to me but to each their own, I love colorful stuff
🤣😂 Hahaha!
Thank you Cassandra for adding my favorite RUclipsr Mortician, Caitlin Doughty, her channel "Ask a Mortician" is hilarious!💀
the SKKN pronunciation lmaooo 😭
Thesse broads want to do everything Rhianna does or black women in general but they have a super hard on for rih rih. I love everything about this chan and this video! U r awesome....new subbie
Not gonna lie, I'm over 40 and I use this many steps and I finally have the skin I had in my 20's. It's A LOT of work!
Do you mind sharing!? I’m in my 20s and want to be proactive 🥰
Can you please share with us your routine?
Yes please share 🙏🏼
Yes please do!
I also have an extensive skincare routine for a fraction of this cost. mostly Korean skincare with the addition of acids and retin a. nothing she is offering is new or innovative. if you got the coin to throw away tho, cheers.
I died when she pronounced SKKN cause I was the same doing that!
100! kim can’t stand the failure so naturally she wants to be and do better than kylie
You are spot on with that one lol i would 100% use Kim's skincare line over Kylie's
Good luck then
@@marayas7618 😂 😂 I'm definitely not buying Kim's. I was just saying that I would buy hers over Kylie's if I had no other choice. Kim has a problem with stealing the names of other companies and also, this line is way too expensive. Jeffree Star's entire line is $155 as a bundle and is still less than $200 if you buy everything separately.
10000% 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
$630? NOT 4 ME, THANK U!
The fact that the brand is NOT a medical skin care and yet cost much more as most of the ones that are really amazed me. Why spend that money in something that is not worthy?
idky but everytime you said skkkkn, it got under my skin 😂😂
The way you said ‘ SKKNNN🤡💀’ .. i’m livingg forrrr itt.. + ll never ever buy celeb skincare brand esp from her entire family 🤣😂😂
hhahahahaha yessssssssssssssss
I am pretty sure skkn is a condom brand over here in India. Be safe, people 😅
Oh god yes 😭
I'm shocked 😳
Why does Kim sound like a robot trying to sound human while reading from a list, unprepared about what they're gonna say.... who in their right mind supports those people and whyyyy
I’m not interested in this line, it’s to expensive but I love skims. I support the brand because it’s the most comfortable clothing I own. I’m plus size and it’s hard to find clothing that fits good and is comfortable. She did a great job with skims, it’s expensive but worth it imo.
@@SamanthaD89 Oh I totally get that, I'm happy this works for you. I meant I dont like the Kardashians as people and how harmful they are to the body image of so many people with plastic surgeries and photoshop and all they do for money.... they are not the only ones who do it and I dont really like anyone who ruins a person's self-esteem just to profit off of their insecurity. But as with many other things, it wont change because of a single person, so yeah, I get buying the stuff if it is what works for you - like with Shein, the problems isn't the poor people who buy from there because they have no choice, the problem is the industry and the rich influencers who buy without thinking and promote this type of behavior.
It's her vocal fry
I love the "Ask a mortician" reference lol
This was definitely worth a subscription. Job well done.
If I want to look like Kim Kardashian I will go to a plastic surgeon. That is what she is famous for. Not to skin care store.
Good luck to everyone who thinks that wearing sunscreen indoors isn’t necessary. Sure you might not burn but you still get exposed. I get rash from UV exposure and guess what - I will get it when indoors if I have no sunscreen on.
I used to be so upset about this rash but now I kinda think that at least it lets me know that my sunscreen is working.
That's how I think of my one age spot, if it gets any darker I know I didn't protect myself enough.
