    How do you make banku/kenkey from this dough? I would love to learn more African food and I love fermenting (I am a sourdough baker!) so this looks fantastic.

    Hi thank you for this life saver corn meal kenkey but can it be make with the first fine cornmeal that has picture of a lady sitting because that the only cornmeal we have here i also use it to make swallow

    • @AmazinKitchen
      @AmazinKitchen  Год назад

      Yes, you can use that, too. I just prefer the ones I used in the video because of how my kenkey turned out. Any fine corn meal will work. Pan and Indian head are very popular corn meal brands. Hope you can find them.

      Yes dear, you can use PAN or Indian Head. You can also combine the two.

    • @AmazinKitchen
      @AmazinKitchen  2 года назад

      Any yellow corn will work. Most brands sell both the yellow and white. Just buy the 2 and mix them together as suggested in the video.
