Your explanation and tutorial is very detailed compared to other kenkey recipes I've seen. Usually people will teach how to make the kenkey but avoid teaching how to wrap it and the whole procedure to using the foil and how to use the pressure cooker. This is by far the best recipe, you just earned yourself a new subscriber.I am interested to see what other foods you make and how detailed you are. I hope you stick to this consistency because a lot of RUclipsrs have lost subscribers because they are not consistent, once they start getting more subscribers they start behaving differently.
Can i use shop bough corn dough and ferment it for a few days? Or do i need to buy white maize meal? Im confused as ive bought corn dough to attempt to make komi
You can buy already fermented corn dough from African markets or you buy white maize, mix with water until well combined cover and leave it out to ferment for 4 to 5 days then follow the steps in the video. Hope that helps 🙏❤️
