Your creativity 👏 is unique
Good job
nice one mama
Your kenkey mixture is different. Usually, the uncooked dough is more (twice) the cooked one. Now I'm very confused 😮😅. I love the no leaves method. Soo enlightening
My dear, try it and thank me later
This is different Kenkey, it's called Hilda Kenkey, the colour looks like over cooked banku, real kenkey, is when you cook, with corn husk, and the corn doe is more than the aflata
Good job aunty
Well done 👍🇩🇪
Wow 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
😂😂😂 you are hilarious 😂
Hahaha 😆 😂 😆
Would the corm mill be seived before use
No dear, but if you can if you want 🙏
You too good Opheria Canada
Omg!! I will tru this!!
Kindly share as well 🙏
Yes It's shouldn't be two third raw to mix the cook one . Well done sis.
Hilda banku/etew tsensi naasi add water hot or cold leave it after arranging the balls of the kenkey add the banku water poured on and see the flavour but you will need to add more water. At the same time softens the saucepan bottom to be washed easily.
Hilda's Kitchen you too much wati
You always make me hungry 😋
👌
Nice one but the leaves gives it some flavour.
I know but for abroad people that's what we need
Good job sis… pls when will u make nsinhun nd fonfom?
Very soon, but you also have to make people know more about Hilda's kitchen youtube channel by sharing 😀 so they can benefit
The portion on the fire is called afrata in Ga language
Please did u put salt inside
Kindly go back take your time to watch from the beginning
Hello, Madam Hilda please did you add cassava dough or flour to it?
Kenkey never includes cassava its only banku that you use cassava
@@bigmama5048 ok Ma thanks 🙏
You could have added the hot water to the alata tsensi to soften the burnt part will it flavour.
Very wise cooking
The alata add water pour on to the arranged balls in a saucepan the flavour.
Well done my dear you're too much
Can I get some of the Shitoe to buy from the U.S ?
I can just that is going to be very expensive to mail
Ne Hilda apart from £12.00 on orders if want to can I come down to Oxford to buy and take home. Say hop onto a coach/train away day. Let me know your shop or the direction to come down from London to Oxford and back.
Wow, thanks for your comments. Unfortunately, I live in Leeds, and I don't have a shop
I can post them for you
Mama Hilda paa no size ooo.
Orekodu
❤❤😊
The aluminum foil is it healthy enough ?
Exactly my question.
Is very healthy my dear, the pan or pot we use for cooking is also from aluminium, already made for like lasagna from supermarket that we buy from supermarket and come and put them in oven also is in the aluminium tray. For me is healthy enough 😌 remember I wrapped them in parchment before
Thanks a lot Auntie Hilda bless you
Long time
Ah mama Hilda you’re not easy 😅
Too soft with foil you are better of with the husk or leaves. Otsere dee nkraan dokono. This is abroad method.
U r doing it wrong, ur auntie thought u wrong. U use the small portion of the cone dough to do the banku
My dearest thanks for watching aiiii
I agree perfectly with you. The normal Ghanaian Ga Kenkey is 1/3 aflata (cooked one) to 2/3 uncooked.
Well, she already said she was trying a new style.
You may keep to the old portioing as popularly known or adopt hers.
God bless you 🙏 ❤️ 🙌
Without the leaves is not Kenkey give it your own name
Hahaha, what is Ga kenkey without the corn husk or Fante kenkey without plantain or banana leaves? Fair attempt but let's not call it kenkey please. 😂
You talk too much
That's what makes unique dear
