    Hilda banku/etew tsensi naasi add water hot or cold leave it after arranging the balls of the kenkey add the banku water poured on and see the flavour but you will need to add more water. At the same time softens the saucepan bottom to be washed easily.

    Your kenkey mixture is different. Usually, the uncooked dough is more (twice) the cooked one. Now I'm very confused 😮😅. I love the no leaves method. Soo enlightening

      This is different Kenkey, it's called Hilda Kenkey, the colour looks like over cooked banku, real kenkey, is when you cook, with corn husk, and the corn doe is more than the aflata

    Too soft with foil you are better of with the husk or leaves. Otsere dee nkraan dokono. This is abroad method.

      Is very healthy my dear, the pan or pot we use for cooking is also from aluminium, already made for like lasagna from supermarket that we buy from supermarket and come and put them in oven also is in the aluminium tray. For me is healthy enough 😌 remember I wrapped them in parchment before

      I agree perfectly with you. The normal Ghanaian Ga Kenkey is 1/3 aflata (cooked one) to 2/3 uncooked.
