    Ingredients:
    Cornmeal
    Cassava/ Yuca

    In case you also forgot to bring it out of the refrigerator overnight to thaw, in the pot you’re gonna use for the banku, you can also boil water, turn the fire off under it and drop your frozen dough/banku mix in the hot water. Cover it for 5 minutes, then viola! Everything is soft and thawed! 😊

    Yes Sweetie, 50% of cassava dough if it's with okor and more water during mixing to hve the soft consistency. 25% of cassava and more water to keep it soft for days if it's with pepper or soup.
    The difference is always important

      Exactly for those in gh all you need is the dry corn dough we use for Akple, mix with your cassava dough and you are good to go. Preparing this type of banku is simple and very fast. No stress of breaking lumps and it looks sooo good . Try it guys

    Hello sweet you're just a life saver, you make living abroad easier. Please i watched ur previous video and decided to try the Indian head, its very good but my only problem is the texture. It's not as smooth as you show in ur videos. In fact i blend mine before i ferment it. Am i buying the right product or thats how the texture is?
