      lol, he totally seems like a piece of shit. But pop culture has made self-centered douchebaggery and unfortunately, also debauchery, totally acceptable, with acts pertaining to the very young being perhaps the last line of defense. Judging people by what they look like has become a forgotten art, but it's very useful for avoiding big problems you slide in with some.

This is not about explicit photos...Watkins pleads guilty to a total of 13 offenses including having sex with children and filming it, for ex. there is video material about him having sex with a 5 year old girl... Not someone else, it's HIM. And this isn't rape???What about those 2 women who drugged and raped their babies AND filmed it for him, because W. told them to? BTW prosecutors are still investigating the case, because rumours about him raping babies have been going on for YEARS. Who knows how many babies have already been raped or worse by this piece of shit. There will me much, much more victims if we only wait long enough. But you only believe what you want to believe, eh? I knew people that had 'dead eyes', cold eyes, hateful eyes, insane eyes, but it didn't actually tell who they were. That was actually something they did, consciously or not, as a protection, growing up. You probably feel his energy body. But I wonder if we had been in the room with him, before people knew, and could tell. I did, not too long ago, at a job, met another worker. And I immediately felt 'serial killer' And I never felt that about anyone before or since, and it was not confirmed.

    It's weird to see people calling the filming of child abuse as porn. Having sex with children isn't porn, in the same way most porn is online, which is usually exhibitionist amateur couples both agreeing to be filmed. Filming the abuse of children is filming a crime scene and nothing to do with porn.

    • @sammiller6700
      @sammiller6700 10 лет назад

      the definition of pornography is 'printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate sexual excitement', and I argue, the paedophile records their activities for the sole purpose of re-watching it later for the precise reason of stimulating sexual excitement.
      Just because normal people find it abhorrent, it doesn't mean it doesn't fit that category.

    Earlier this week, we learned that the allegations of child sexual abuse against Ian were true, and that he would not be contesting them in court. Until then, we found them extremely difficult to believe and had hoped it was all a mistake. Sadly, the true extent of his appalling behaviour is now impossible to deny.
    Many of you understandably want to know if we knew what Ian was doing. To be clear: We did not. We knew that Ian was a difficult character. Our personal relationships with him had deteriorated in recent years to a point that working together was a constant, miserable challenge. But despite his battles with drugs, his egotistic behaviour, and the resulting fractures and frustrations within our band, we never imagined him capable of behaviour of the type he has now admitted.
    We are heartbroken, angry, and disgusted at what has been revealed. This is something that will haunt us for the rest of our lives. Being in a band has always been a labour of love and a platform to inspire people, not to take advantage of them. It’s still hard to believe this is happening and that someone we were once so close to has destroyed so many lives, lying every step of the way.
    Our hearts go out to Ian’s family, the fans and friends he betrayed, and most importantly, the victims of his crimes and others like them. We hope for justice, but also that Ian will truly take responsibility for what he’s done. We would urge any other victims to contact the authorities.

    lostprophets comeback despite ian wantkids in prison

  • @waxmiracles

    I feel sorry for the kids who grew up with this watery, diluted, drab music. The previous few decades had such exciting, ground breaking, counterculturist musical movements and true icons. The first decade of the 21st C had...this. (And, yes, the guy's indescribablly monstrous. Long may he rot.)

    Psychopaths, especially sadistic rapists/pedophiles…can’t be rehabilitated. Death penalty is warranted…and it would save us tax dollars.

    • @gvs6462
      @gvs6462 Год назад +1

      I think, in the scope of delivering justice to its fullest extent, death penalty is too easy of a way out for sick monsters like Watkins. Flagrant and blatant cases like this one should give green light to invest tax dollars into a dehumanization program that allows justice and social morality to be thrown out of the window and allow for something worse than death penalty. Ideally, something that inflicts permanent mental and physical decay over multiple decades with no end in sight. That is what a POS like Watkins deserves. If not in this life, then perhaps in the next. Either way, his soul should not be allowed to find peace in any way shape or form. His life doesn’t deserve closure whatsoever.

      @@gvs6462 A Part of me is down for that. But a “humane” death feels morally correct for me. I don’t believe in torturing others. Not trying to get down to their level…just get rid of them. Plus it’s just more money wasted again.
      He may be getting assaulted, wherever he’s at by other criminals right about now anyway. Who knows. But I’m getting into Christianity more nowadays…so feel like God will handle people like him regardless.

      It blows my mind, that the women only got 16 years at most, that is disgusting, sickening in of itsself. They could have said no, but they allowed it, and not only that, participated in the molestation.
