That’s great! Getting iPad Pro this week! If you decide to use it for a secondary screen, would you be able to take some of the panels from Photoshop or other Adobe apps and move them over to the iPad to reduce clutter?
Hi Peggy, Great video if only I could get my things to work. I have a bit of an issue that I hope you can help.. Sidecar connects no problem, I am trying to edit a picture in photoshop using my pencil. I can select icons around the Picture on the iPad (in the sidebar and Touch Bar) using my pencil but I can't draw on the picture, the only thing I do to the picture on the iPad is pinch zoom with my fingers. I can only paint using my mouse, either as mirrored or separate display. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure if you figured this out yet or not, Aaron, but have you tried using the brush tool? That's what I had to do - and remember! lol Hope this helps.
Can't get this to work. Once Photoshop is mirrored on my iPad, the Apple Pencil does not work on the iPad. I have to use the mouse to operate any and all tools in Photoshop. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? Thanks.
If I bought a fast desktop and use side car with my iPad and Photoshop can I work at extremely fast speeds when using the heel brush? I love doing restorations on the iPad with the pencil but I keep running out of RAM. I’m wondering if this could be the solution. Please enlighten me so that I don’t go out and spend too much money that I shouldn’t

Super happy till i found out my laptop is a year to old 😭😭😭 So now i can’t work further on a business logo for someone’s website. I have to draw a lot and that is not possible with a mouse pad nor mouse.
At 1:55 you magically make photoshop fit onto the screen - how do you do that? I can only see the top left quarter on my iPad screen and can't figure out how to make it all fit on the screen. I do just have the 9 inch iPad so maybe my screen just isn't big enough to fit Photoshop on?

Did you try it with illustrator? I did and i found it lagging and not responsive when drawing. Can you tell me if it is the same for you? My gear : macbook pro 15 inch 2.9 2016 with ipad pro 2018 12.9.Thank you
Maybe I'm thick today but I can't get my iPad pencil to work the photoshop tools. I do see the photoshop from from iMac on my iPad screen, but that's as far as I get.
Well I had the same plan... but DOOOONNNN’T at least not yet. Photoshop for the I pad has only like 10% of the tools as in the computer version :( mostly drawing tools but even those are not all complete (for example no symmetry...) I am very disappointed. And Adobe Illustrate works even worse.... very sad :( get a convertible....maybe they will change it some days, but for now its really not that cool ....sooooo much missing :(
Also no adobe animate or after effects....there are only frame by frame animation Programms like rough animator available...Which is kind of annoying...
"You go up here" (1:14) and choose iPad. "Up here" where? On your Mac? My Mac doesn't show that icon. What does it signify? Would it have been too much to ask to name what you are doing?
does the ipad gets recognized as touch screen? or better said is it possible to activate touch workspace in illustrator? illustrator only allows to enable touchscreen workspace if a touch screen is recognized...

Good question! I decreased the size of my Photoshop window on my desktop.

Procreate is a program truly like no other. BUT, if you're working with windows, try adobe illustrator!
