Thankyou! I couldn't find how long to cook non-breaded chicken tenders anywhere!! Other recipes told me as long as 45 minutes at the same temperature I was like this can't possibly be right! Glad you made this to help a gal out!
I made these for a huge chicken pasta salad recipe. I usually just boil chicken until tender. But thought I'd try this and OMG, the best ever! So soft and tender and delicious. THANK YOU.
I just finished making this! I used my seasonings and added some Panko to it. It was Super Moist & Delicious 😋 I accompanied it with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. I’m elated!! Thank YOU sooo much!!😊
I had to come back here to leave a comment. Made this, this morning. I had to cook my chicken a little bit longer but it was delicious. Even though it's a simple recipe it was still great. Thank you so much for this video! I will definitely be making this again.
Thank you! I used your recipe tonight and they were the juiciest chicken tenders I've ever cooked. Will definitely be making them this way from now on.
Made a batch recently and found if you salt them then "Dry Brine" them by letting them sit overnight in the refridgerator and cook them the next day. Mine were crazy amazing using Sweet Baby Rays Parmesean Garlic sauce.
I added just a little bit of curry seasoning to this and it was amazing. May be a little bizarre with the curry but I promise that you wont be disappointed. Thank you for this amazing recipe.
Great video. They’re literally in the oven as we speak. Planned on meal prepping with rice and steamed broccoli, but I have some tortillas I don’t want to go to waste, so I’m making some burritos once I cut them up some. Subscribed!
Just tried this with some chicken breast tenders I had thawed.. delicious!! Thank you for sharing this simple recipe.. so good. I’m eating two in a salad for lunch!
I just took out a pack of chicken tenders from the freezer this morning to go alongside some spaghetti squash with a non-dairy bechamel sauce and this was exactly the recipe I needed for the tenders. Thank you!!!
Looks delicious, thanks for sharing. Also for those saying how come he didn’t wash the chicken. I thinks it’s your preference. I usually wash mine with either vinegar or lime. It’s all up to you.
awesome video, very helpful. i'm just curious why he didn't pull that big frustrating tendon out of them first? Or can you get tenders without those in em? That would be awesome. Thanks for the tips and for making it a quick succinct tutorial!
QUESTION: Loved this recipe so much, I want to make it again -- for a crowd (my family). Yankel, would this recipe hold well if, after cooked, they are placed in a crockpot with juices and some added chicken broth on a WARM setting? Would love to serve this to my family, but need it to be in a "holding warm" environment until we can eat, buffet style. I'm always thinking of what the kids would like to eat, and I know they would LOVE this chicken. Thanks. Anyone, feel free to chime in too. :)
What temperature should they be when done? I tend to overcook them. Also, could you defrost them using that same method in the sink, only a little longer?
Spices are life. To anyone who liked this recipe, next time try adding a small amount of cumin powder (and a bit more of these spices) and a generous squeeze of lemon at the end of the cooking. Trustttt
Key here is dried out chicken, olive oil, 375 at 15 min. Can do any combination of spices. I always add salt as the first spice to any meat and letting it rest for 5 min before adding any other spice. Salt by itself will draw moisture out of the meat. Sounds counterproductive but it is the same concept as coating a cheap steak in rock salt for 30 min and then rinsing the salt off to make it tender.
Are those the Butcher Box chicken tenderloins? They look clean and beautiful I wanted to subscribe to start buying the meats. I think I am. TY for sharing.
I know there are two schools of thought on this. But I also rinse mine with a little distilled vinegar in my water. Then follow the remainder of his recipe. Then wipe down my sink with soap, a little bleach and water to decontaminate my sink. i also wear disposable gloves when handling raw meat so I am not contaminating anything else like my spice containers, etc..
Ok i was doing everything like you said but i open the wrong side of the black pepper now i added more salt paprika garlic powder and onion powder but it is so dark with black pepper is it going to be ok
Note to self: 375 preheat, dry them with paper towels, into the bowl (dry ingredients first, then oil), around 15 minutes in oven.
his temp probe said 173 degrees. shoot for 165....remove from oven at 160 cover and rest 5-10 min....way more tender and juicy.....
I’m only cooking 4 tenders at a time in a new air fryer/ oven , think I could use the same time? Like 15 mins at 375?
Also learned if you cover them with foil while they rest they will be very juicy too.
... believe in the actual temp of the food as shown on the thermometer ...
Just made this today and I overcooked it a bit (internal temp went up to 190F) it was still moist and tender and right amount of seasonings! Thank you
Thank you my friend! I'm recently retired and my wife is a school principal so I've decided that this year I'm cooking dinner.
Thanks again!
My guy, I just tried this, and it was the best baked chicken I've had in many, many years. Thank you, brother

“The temperature is… right where it needs to beeee.” And I’m like “yea… and what’s that number?”
Was hoping he’d say 165 and not make me look it up
185

You actually shouldn't wash chicken, at best it does nothing, at worst it actually could breed bacteria
@@bobbysworldofficial yeah it's splattering bacteria all over your sink honestly
Thank you! My tenders are going into the oven in a minute without the mistakes I've made before.
Thank you!! These are amazing!! Field Greens and these amazing tenders...YUMMY!!
This literally is the easiest and fastest way to bake tenders 👍
Looks good, I'm going to try your recipe tonight. I hope they come out and taste as good as yours,.

I cooked this tonight and man! It was great!! Thank you!!!
So glad it came out great!
Can I use either regular Paprika? Or smoked Paprika? Also, the spices you used, is that about a cup for each? Maybe half a cup?
Just made this came out great. Thanks
This was definitely fantastic and tasted great 😋 thank you!!
I smashed that like button!
I'm making some now
Thanks bro. I added some Kinders woodfired garlic seasoning and it came out amazing.
These turned out awesome, thank you.
Since it’s not mentioned: 165 degrees internal temp for chicken
Mister M can i eat it if its 135 degrees internal ?
@@Drogas3653 no
I just make frozen fries and chicken stripes in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins then flip an wait 20 mins
Mister M for chicken tenders and breast 160F is safe and less dry. 165F is for dark meat.
Mister M thanks
I tried this recipe and it's now a keeper for me. Yum!
Wow this was the best chicken ive ever made!!! Tasty, quick, and simple

Basic recipe but powerful chef
So powerful that he doesn't even have to wash his hands after touching raw chicken.
So delicious!!!! Recommend and super easy !
Thank you, they were good!

Planet earth meets chicken tenders
I buy my tenderloins frozen and I never saw them. I just bake them and they turn out great.

If you don't have waxed paper can you still put it on a pan

I don’t have Olive oil. Will another type work?
Maybe Grapeseed oil?

came here coss i forgot to buy eggs and didnt knew a difrent way to cook strips of chiken was not disapointed
This is awesome for meal prep who said healthy foods gotta be bland 👏🏽
thx Yankel
Is that a nonstick pan? Can I use Pam spray on the pan ??
How can you use olive oil at a temp above its cooking temp q😮 ???
What would you call this pan if I were to want to buy one? Mine isn't nearly as good.
What's the internal temperature?
So what is the temp for them to be done?
Let it go. You know enough to do it
First rinse in cold water after removing from package, then drain & pat dry chicken after

@@nikonladyd4509 this is also what I do and it is the best protection against E.Coli bacteria
Do you put the leftovers in the fridge or freezer? What is the best way to warm up the leftovers? Thanks!
not gone lie I'm about to do this right now
Looks good, I'll have to give it a try but have to cut down on the salt, Dr. orders.
What kind of Nasa/Star Trek oven is that?!?! Holy Smokes!!
Yankel is super cute.
Is olive 🫒 oil optional??
Did you have the chicken on the top shelf of the oven ?
What's the temp it needs to be?
I don't have roast as a menu in my oven..I only have broil and bake..any suggestions??Will it come out the same way??Do I use same time??
Bake will work just fine - same time as well.
So we don’t need to flip them? I’ve heard that in other videos.
What temp should the inside of the chicken be at after you pull them out of the oven?
Chicken should always be at a min of 165°.
Ok i was doing everything like you said but i open the wrong side of the black pepper now i added more salt paprika garlic powder and onion powder but it is so dark with black pepper is it going to be ok
