Dude, I'm a 22 year-old student who can barely cook, I followed these steps and let me tell you... this is the best chicken I've ever had! No joke. Thank you for this.
I know Im asking randomly but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account?
I stupidly lost my account password. I appreciate any help you can offer me!
@@lukaeugene5043 unless you had you email of phone number attached in your account, you can kiss it goodbye
"Exactly 10 to 15 minutes have gone by." Doesn't sound so "exact". Hahah
Wild learning that dishes at restaurants you can cook at home cheaper and more to your liking! Keep learning!
You're 23 now. You should be a pro. 😀
I'm jealous at how smooth his oven rack slid back in. I have to wrestle with mines.
Lmao same
Girl, I thought I was the only one who noticed and got super jealous lol.
@@Obi-ThreeKenobi 🤣😂🤣
I'm crying lol
😂😂
Just cooked this with a little twist and it was so good! After browning the chicken I added the chicken stock, lemon juice and butter... But also added garlic and thyme. After cooking the chicken an reducing the liquid to a sauce I topped the chicken with lemon zest from the lemons I squeezed. Bursting with flavor! Love cooking it's such an art
Brilliant mate, yours is a good advancement
Do you know if thin cut chicken breast would work for this? I only have that right now.
@@jj-vf7wm In that case you would have to change the technique (no oven required): Quickly brown the chicken slices in a very hot pan until almost done, take them out onto a plate, use the pan to make the sauce as shown and let it reduce, then add the chicken slices with their juice to the sauce and let them simmer just until fully cooked. Make sure not to overcook them or they'll go dry.
Omg I don’t have the iron skillet so I transferred my sauce and seared chicken to a glass oven dish and turned up the heat to 350 degrees F and this was the best chicken breast I have ever had!!! Thank you!!!
I made this chicken, and used beer instead of the chicken stock. Also, before putting it in the oven I added herbs de Provence. It came out delicious. We loved it!!! It’s perfect to add to a salad. Thank you so much for the recipe. It’s definitively a keeper.
That sounds delicious! Post your photos using #butcherbox!
Broccoli florets satueed in the sauce with a little more butter and a clove of garlic would be delicious
Oh my ..... that’s what’s for dinner tonight 😘
Great idea!
I bet it is amazing taste
Michelle Gray I hate u right now I just started the video n I saw your comment n immediately i start salivating. Lorddddd from I hear butter garlic n broccoli my belly start growling
I add a pinch of crushed red pepper.👍
My family said it was one of their favorites meals thus far! Thanks for the recipe and pointers on juicy chicken every time. I used to hate making chicken because it came out dry all the time. NOT NOW! THE BOMB! I've conquered the chicken and won thanks to u!
Nice! I want to conquer too
Thanks, it was delish! I added onion slices and cooked down the liquids on low heat. The best!
Amazing! Onion slices sound like a great addition to this recipe! 👏👏👏
I've made this about 20 times now and when he says it's perfection... it truly is! Well done you!
I tried this so many times and it always turned good. My husband and son love them.. thank you for the recipe, handsome!
Maine S Can you share the measurement Thank you
I made this chicken breast dish yesterday and man it was good and juicy. The chicken broth, butter and lemon while sizzling made it very flavorful.
I’m making this with 10 pieces of chicken. I have to feed a family of 5 and have left overs for work. I put them in a casserole and I hope it works out! The first time I did it, it was with 4 pieces and it came out delish! So .... I hope it’s the same the second time!
I made this last night and it came out amazing, I did add my own twist by sprinkling some creole seasoning but it was juicy, tender, and super flavorful. Thanks.
I love how you both teach and help us "feel" your sense of smell and taste while making this delicious dish! I am making this for my brother tomorrow, he is ill. Thank you!
how was it? mines in the oven rn
@@unclemamad8023 it was excellent! He ate half his portion, more than he can eat usually. I think it made him happy. thanks!
@@jameshersonjr3905 amazing!
Just made this recipe but I used ghee butter as my oil, it was DELICIOUS!! Definitely saving this recipe. THANK YOU!!
Best way to cook these, hands down. The addition of stock made a big difference.
Thank you for this recipe. I made this lemon pepper chicken for dinner tonight and it was delicious. The sauce was reduced and it was great. Thanks again.
First time in my new d3 all clad s/s (and first time using stainless steel) Cooked it for my wife and it was fantastic. I also added in the broth mini red and gold potato's and towards the end petite broccoli florets. I was looking for something different and you hit a home run with this one! Thank you,
This method has been the first time i was able to get chicken breasts juicy . Thank you . Definitely gonna be the only method i use from now on
I tried this exact recipe tonight and it came out really great! I paired it by topping the sliced chicken with raw, fresh baby spinach and garlic n herb mashed potatoes on the side. The lemon pepper sauce was a real nice touch to the spinach. The wife was well pleased.
I'm addicted to this oh so simple dish! Doing it twice in a week. Just changing up the sides. Oh, any leftover slices are awesome on a Caesar Salad or sandwich!!
I just followed this to a T, down to the slicing, the little lady was super impressed, the reduction was loaded with flavor, I wish I knew how much stock to use. I think I used too much. The reduction kinda took a while. But still great video
for 3 breasts in a 10in cast iron i'd go about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of stock
Most recipes call for 1 cup.
Just made this and it’s really good! Pretty easy too (im 16 years old)
Good for you! 🙋🏻♀️
Ur mom is easy
It’s amazing how just a few ingredients can be so delicious

I just tried this recipe and it was excellent. I had pasta aglio e olio Florentine and an avocado salad with it. I'll do this many more times. The sauce is wonderful
Going to make for dinner tonight. Thanks looks so delicious!! Definitely going to add few garlic cloves.
- 1:32. I normally use the standard procedure on my chicken and only take it out of the package after I’m done cooking it and Pad it dry after I digest…Amazing love this secret step I’m using it for sure not even kidding
I wanted to try this but I didn't have chicken stock and I was trying to avoid going to the store so I used some orange juice instead as it would obviously fit with the citrus theme. I also added a sprig of rosemary to the pan while it baked. This turned out so delicious, this recipe will definitely be a favorite from now on. I plan to try it with chicken stock next time to see what your version is like, and then from there experiment with other liquids and spices. Thank you for the inspiration 🙏
Dude! This recipe was amazing! My roommate’s couldn’t get over the smell! Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had! Thank you!!!
Hands down the best ever in life chicken breasts I’ve made and enjoyed to the max!! Thanks so much for sharing this!
Thank you. Will try tomorrow. Adding liquid while cooking chicken breast is a revelation to me
I’m honestly a beginner when it comes to cooking but my bf is basically a chef. I made this chicken and followed every step and it was delicious! I did have to pause a couple times because I’m still learning but no harm in that
This is sooo easy to do and my family loves it !! I make a lite extra sauce and toss pasta in it for a side .
*little
I just made this and it’s amazing. The chicken is juicy, but the sauce is just amazing.
Love hearing this!
ButcherBox I make this all the time now and still can’t get over how good it is!!
I’m making it now, although my chicken breast’s are thicker.
I’m so glad I found you!!
I make this all the time and it is highly requested by my family often. I just make more sauce because they like to drizzle it on their rice too. The creamy sauce is the star ⭐️ 😋
This is THEE lemon chicken recipe I've been looking for ! Definitely gonna try this 👍TFS
How did it turn out?
Never really cooked before and tried this. Now it’s a family favorite at my house thanks Man
I’m going to try this for my picky kid. But that kitchen would have me wanting to cook and bake all day.
That’s what I’m saying lol. I want an oven and stove like that
The best chicken I ever made! Easy to follow. Thank you so much
I love your enthusiasm with this delicious-looking chicken breast recipe! Will definitely make it!
Love the detailed explanations, very helpful for a cooking enthusiast like me ...
Your video was the best way to cook chicken breast. I watched a few people cooking the chicken breast and yours looked so delicious, tender, and juicy. I liked the way you sliced it after it was cooked.
Thank you! Don't forget to check our other videos for more delicious recipes!
Host: "Perfectly cooked."
Digital thermometer: "170 degrees" before resting.
Thank you so much! Best chicken breast I ever tasted. I always had problems making chicken breast that wasn't dry. I am so excited I found your receipe. I am sure I didn't do it exactly right but it tasted wonderful!
You got you a new follower, cause baby this was so good. My family loved it.
So glad you are here!
I’m making this tonight! Thank you for sharing…
This was delicious made it yesterday best with white wine and stock for the sauce , serve with Greek chickpea and spinach salad . A big it ...and gluten free for my celiac and Hashimoto friends
When he's slicing the lemon, that's when every smoke alarm in my condo goes off. I don't have a Zephyr or Wolf range hood. That $15,000 range might help me too... though he doesn't even use the cooktop. The glass one is way easier to clean. This is kind of a big cleanup job after dinner.
But that chicken is delicious!
Made these tonight using apple juice (no stock!) and it was amazing!! Also added broccoli to the sauce 😋
7:41 Exactly 10 to 15 minutes have gone by? Which one exactly, 10 or 15?
Exactly!
12.41
Exactly is open to adjustment.
I think the pause and the exactly was him catching himself 😂
Buy yourself an instant read thermometer like his and cook it to 165F for chicken breast or 175F if it's chicken thigh. That way you dont have to worry about time, the thermometer will tell you when it's ready :)
Simple but so good 😋
Thank you 😊
The secret is in details! Thank you for the video.
You are very welcome! We are glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for the easy recipe. Your directions are great. Your kitchen is amazing and so clean.
I tried this recipient and it was so simple & delicious! I didn’t even want to share it. 🤤 What is the point of putting it in the oven to finish cooking instead of cooking it fully in the pan on low?
Thank you 🙌
Thank u so much this is delicious and simple made everyone happy!
This was hands-down the best chicken I've ever made in the oven.
Simple is often the best. Looks delicious! Thank you!
We agree!
Tried it....had pre-seasoned so with the broth, it came out a little too salty but the texture was great!
Turned this into a lemon pepper chicken salad. Thanks!
I keep making this and everyone in the family loves these. One thing to remember his chicken breasts are so flat and small
I am trying this amazing chicken recipe tonight wish me luck looks amazing
"Exactly 10-15 minutes have gone by. Exactly" lol
I like this video
HOW? xD
🤣🤣🤣 'Exactly'
2 seconds have passed
Saying that is like saying “exactly the same but completely different”!😂😂😂😂😂
If only I had a cooker range like yours…..greetings from Argentina .
Greetings from the U.S.! Thanks for the love!
The way I check the chicken is sticking a fork through it and if it breaks smoothly then it’s ready 😂
Looks delicious. Are you aware that the non-video recipe has the oven set at 375 degrees, versus 325 in the video's closed-captions? (just a note). Can't wait to try. Thanks for the tips ;)
Holy shoot this was the best tasting lemon chicken i have ever had in my lifetime i felt like i was at a five star michelin resteruant while i had my first bite. I closed my eyes and a tear ran down my cheek. Thank you you are my new favorite chef im abt to watch all your videos
I’m going to make this for my Shabbat dinner tonight. After all these comments I’ll have to skip my own recipe for this and make yours. It looks delish!!
Avocado oil is all I use because the hi burn point
We love it!
Great recipe! I just tried it and my chicken turned out super moist and delicious. Thank you
Made this yesterday, it was so delicious!
When you’ve been cooking for so long that you can approximate the measurements just by looking lol.
I wonder if anyone has ever bit into there food while recording and hasnt been amazed 😂 I'd love to see that transparency. "Wow this tastes like shit"😂 anyway. Off tf o go buy some ingredients to make this for my husband. Be safe all!
I’m laughing my butt off at your comment! 😂 I would love to see that too!
LMAO🤣🤣🤣🤣
Chef John at Food Wishes has episodes showing his cooking failures. He's a funny guy, check it out
Exactly 10 to 15 minutes? 😄 great sense of humour. Looks great 👍. Isn’t the chicken cold in five minutes? When resting I usually cover with foil and a dish towel to keep it warm. I hate cold meat 🍖.
Brilliant illustrations of cooking breast of chicken.
Clear brief effective delicious chicken breast cuisine.
Thank you.
EXCELLENT VIDEO Yankel! THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for the kind words!
Thank you! Just cooked it for my parents and they were licking the plate by the end of it!
Looks delicious. Can this technique be used with other parts of the chicken? Or only chicken breast reabsorbs the juice?
This is the only way I've ever made chicken breast this man is very talented smart and knows his shit ok Good work
If I want to add broccoli-- what advice do you have. Do I cook it in the sauce when reducing it
Wow..glad I watched your video…. I followed your recipe except the 🍋 lemon. Did not have any on hand…I grated a small onion instead. Delicious.
Wonder if this would work on turkey breasts. My significant other doesn’t like chicken….
I have never seen anyone so excited about chicken
A great simple, no frills recipe, Thanks
Thank you for sharing I made this chicken today and I love it 😍
That's realy amazing test and thank you so much for that chef
Tried this out and it was absolutely delicious!
Hey, what would be your recommendation for using thin sliced chicken breast. I find I have better luck with cooking those evenly than regular chicken breast (which almost always come out dry 😂). Thanks in advance!
Came out so wonderful delicious … thank you! 🌺
I don’t know what how you kept from taking a bite right away! Yummy! I’m hungry. Heading to my stove to cook chicken breasts!
Awesome video. Will definitely try your recipe!
Great job excellent teaching
I usually don't try recipes (or comment) and when I do I usually add something but no doubt this was the best breast I've ever had. I was like, whoa lol that flavor. Only thing I didnt use was the oven. Great Christmas eve dinner. Happy holidays
This recipe is bloody delicious, thanks 💆🏾♂️
I didn’t know stoves we’re touch screen now.
Oh, you can get one alright, if you have the $$$ for it!
