Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
@@SeanVigueFitness The Pilates Back Exercises video. In general I'm looking for a lower back pain relief work outs. Especially now, since so many ppl have a sedentary lifstyle these days :)
I didn’t know if I was up for a serious Pilates workout this morning, but I gave it a try anyway and it was awesome! Thank you! My favorite was the crunchy frog!
Immediate reaction during my cooldown: This was a solid core workout but I'm definitely not as flexible through the posterior chain as I'd like to be. I'm feeling the workout mostly in my lower abs, and had to put my hands under by butt during the last set of scissors to get my legs up because those lower abs were at a failure state. Thanks as always for adding more variety to my morning routine!
Once again…great workout. You always seem to break new exercises out of the vault…crunchy frog, focused balance…I’m going to start mixing Pilates into my routine.

Do you use weights in a gym along with your yoga workouts ?
I do weight training 3 times a week in addition to yoga, Pilates and other cross training.
