Hey Sean, loved your videos over the last decade. One question: could you perhaps do a video where you teach HOW to start hinging forward correctly? There are several poses that, no matter how much I train, i can’t seem to hinge forward properly. It feels like my hips/lower back are far too rigid and yet I see yourself and other teachers being able to hinge forward to the point where you’re resting your chest almost on your thighs
Coach Vigue, I have watched literally hundreds of your flows and this one is awesome. My favorite! Great job, will repeat and repeat and repeat again !!!
About 6 months ago I started doing cross fit and I love it I have really changed my workout routine and gained strength speed and power and range of motion in many specific movements but overall I have lost flexability and feel very tight. So I am making an effort to add a 15-45 min SVF video into my training daily
Coach, This Flow is Super Mayne! Florida weather on deck, JCVD shout out check, mad respect mate! As always thank you for the challenge, laughter, and new poses! Loving the ripple, updog with bent legs and kick through, got me keepin on 🙏🤜❤🔥🤛!!!
mr vigue will doing this power yoga help me build strength in important muscles like shoulders and core? i have to do alternative exercise from working out because i hurt my shoulder and thought this would be a good substitute.
Good video to learn some exercises and flows I suppose but quite difficult to follow along with in real time at this pace while also focusing on form and transitions.
It's a little strange hearing you narrate your video. Maybe there was a circumstance where your audio didn't record well. Please keep making videos where you are talking "live" during your videos, not this narration composite with video. Thanks for all of your wonderful videos!

Sean
I either need more coffee or u need less. Those were very quick transitions. Good thing i can slowdown the speed of the video.
Very nice workout

WOW! Loved that flow! ❤
I much prefer the ones that are not voice overed. Just some feedback but love the videos!
Merci!
What’s the name of that dance routine at the end? 😄
Sean, I downloaded your yoga app; I am unable to make an account.

When he does the voice over format he can concentrate more on refining the movement, though his impromptu comedy is a hoot.
He doesn’t use a mic. You can tell it was breezy when this was filmed so that probably washed out the mic on the phone he was using to record.
It was very windy and right next to I4 so very, very loud. Voiceover was the only option.
