Dear Sir, I am a 63-year-old disabled veteran that proudly has 2001 E430 Base and since you have the experience I lack I wanted to abuse your knowledge to ask you a question. What front bumper fits my E430 to make it look more like an S class? AND what side view mirrors can I adapt to replace the original ones the vehicle come with? I wish I could use more carbon fiber or at least a nicer bumper AND side view mirrors to make my car look more elegant. I hope you can guide me on what to purchase or what MB models I should look at to replace those 2 parts, plus any other tips you may share. I try to be a DIY'er even with my disability. Is it possible to change the whole dashboard from ml 350 2012 to a gle 350 2017? Including lights, screen and steering wheel? If yes, also possible to do it with original Mercedes replacement material, or make by Mercedes?

@@carbonkingdom3571 Well its not just wires. Its a different data protocol in the modlues and so on. I have no clue if mounts are the same on those.

Hey few questions I have, did you need a new steering wheel column on in order to use the new wheel? and would a W205 wheel/column work? and is there any issues with the GLE coupe rear seats? I hate my headrests in the SUV as well.
No not on W166. Straight swap with corect wheel. NO. See video on it. Rear is a straight fit.

Btw is it possible to switch the w204 facelift ntg4.5/7 with the 5.1 from the facelift w212 for carplay etc? Front panel is a little different shape but can be swapped?!
12 is far enough,,Only use one or 2 colors anyway. Yes. But you will have the wrong carmodel in the menues.

i can live with a different carmodel when i have carplay on the new comand .. i suspect i need a new harness to connect it? possibly star coding done for online services etc to work?
@@arcinvert Most used the W212 version. You see in my video on this what you need. Online dont work for it.
Hey Chris, if upgrading your HK I guess you need a new harness. what is the part number of the Harman Kardon harness for the M class 2013 please?

Hi Chris, I have the standard harness with standard speakers. If I upgrade with Harmon Kardon speakers (drive units and amp available on eBay) then I will need a harness to go to the new amp. I cannot find this harness part number anywhere. Do you have it? I am trying to work out how much it would actually cost me to get all the bits.. thanks Chris

Very nice conversion, but after all the money spent on this build for parts and the crazy amount of hrs put into the build you could have bought a real GLE63 and had that v8 order to go with the looks.
You think that is the first time I hear that from viewers that dont know the reality of prices during the time this was done?
Yea the man hours and conversion cost probably would of been the same to an actual AMG GLE63
But it's cheaper than a GLE63 and it's better because V8 is very expensive

Also, kinda stupid to just assume it’s America’s fault for a car company making them, which the last vehicle I’ve been in with these was from 1994. Its law in america because of in case of an accident and the doors are locked everybody could open the door from outside if they break the Glass and pull up the lock Stick so i dont unterstand Why you re so angry
