To be honest I think all these things add up to a lesson: all the fires and that there was like no winter shows us how bad climate change is right now and it's consequences for nature und us as well. And this virus shows how quickly things could be changed by just traveling less and more working from home, doing video conferences instead of flying to a nearby city for a meeting. But unfortunately the majority of the world will go on as before when this is over, I think. 😔 But anyways I'm using now the time to learn dutch. We actually planned to go to the Netherlands in summer (which obviously won't happen this year) by train and bike. Ik spreek al een beetje Nederlands :D and it's actually easy for me to pronounce since the Berlin accent in Germany is alomst like dutch😆

Hi Sanne :) Oat milk and even some almond milks actually contains a few enzymes that can cause similar reactions to those of actual dairy products. I don't use dairy, and I love almond milk but I had to stop using it due to some skin irritation :/ Coconut milk is a great substitute though!

I’m from Italy, the situation is pretty bad, I’m in a lockdown for 3 weeks now and I’m having some mental breakdowns every now and then, trying to exercise but sometimes I just have to stop and cry...not the easiest situation but the best thing to do for mine and other people’s health is to stay inside. You can put your sugar in your hot coffee (if u put sugar) and mix it , then mix it with 1 ice cube inside till colder, then in your glass put some ice cubes-> your cold coffee -> on the top the cold frothed milk .
In quarantine the first week was so hard and boring losing balance ,my friends are not with me,But now it is a great time to change ,to learn to take care of yourself,More with family,Learning something new by yourself for example trying a new language!My mom and dad still don't have a rest!They are still working!Every 2 days! I used to experience the same reaction with oats waaaay way back when I was a teenager so we assumed I was allergic and it made me very sad! it turns out I wasn't & it was just a hormonal change phase! oats do spike up your blood sugar levels = skin produces more oil = acne & they were probably not too compatible with the changes going on in my body at that time. Luckily it passed! I loooove oats! I have them in some form all the time now, are a dry pantry list essential & don't face the worry because of it anymore at all. 😊🤘🏻

Well, situation in my country, Indonesia is not different from any other infected country. We stay home for 14 days and maybe more according to current situation. A lot of plan delayed, news spreads and so does corona but still my husband have to work. With kids in home, I'm being overprotected and feel it's not enough. You're right, keep up positive. Hi Sanne, oats contain avenin, a protein pretty similar to gluten. I have a non-celiac hypersensitivity to gluten and oats cause the same symptoms too (a little milder). One of these symptoms is also acne (sensitivities if they are intense can sometimes ruin the microbiome in your gut which regulates among other stuff, your skin health). Hope it helps:)

I love Stumptown coffee! My sis and her husband went to Portland for their honeymoon and brought some back and I loved it! The other one I drink often is, Foursigmatic. It’s lighter in flavor.
Here in Greece we drink Greek frappe ALL day long. Its so good. Its heaven. We have a special frappe machine it's cheap like 24 euros, you blend instant coffee (pick the best or the cheapest all works) the mashine blends it to the thickest cream, then pour it over ice and milk, you can even blend the mild and its just a fluffy heavenly drink.

If you like their flavors, you should also try Olympia Coffee and Cafe Ladro (both from the Pacific Northwest Seattle coffee roasters as well). Cafe Ladro has different flavors named after different cities in the area. Very flavorful!

As you put it on your face, you shouldn't remove it and put it back unless to trash it. And it is better to remove it but touching the elastic and not the fabric because the virus can be on it. We have a special frappe machine it's cheap like 24 euros, you blend instant coffee (pick the best or the cheapest all works) the mashine blends it to the thickest cream, then pour it over ice and milk, you can even blend the mild and its just a fluffy heavenly drink.

Stumpton is soo good! It's from Seattle, Washington - the hometown of coffee. I just moved there from New York City. If you like their flavors, you should also try Olympia Coffee and Cafe Ladro (both from the Pacific Northwest Seattle coffee roasters as well). Cafe Ladro has different flavors named after different cities in the area. Very flavorful!

Hi thank you for sharing this video with us. I wanted to tell you that you can't reuse a face mask that you have already worn. As you put it on your face, you shouldn't remove it and put it back unless to trash it. And it is better to remove it but touching the elastic and not the fabric because the virus can be on it.
