Finally Friday and I have a new vlog for you! Today I am taking you along on my morning routine. I have recently tried to not be too focused on things I feel like I "have to do" in the mornings but more focused on how I am feeling in the moment. I have been waking up a little bit later and skipped some of my usual tasks. One thing that I am trying to stick to tho is to not have any caffeine within the first 2 hours after waking up. Thanks for the amazing video and inspiration. When are you doing hosehold stuff like dishes or laundry? Especially when I work at home, my appartement has to look perfect. Thats why I loose so much time in the morning for cleaning up.
I do this always at night! I love waking up and starting in a fresh clean space :)

J’ai testé pas mal de produits food dans cette marque (ils ont une pâte à tartiner à tomber ; fan de leur granola…), des gâteaux apéro trop bons, des amandes/noisettes chocolats, des wraps, des lava-cakes chocolat incroyables…
Surprise pour les vêtements, j’ai des réf chez eux & le maintien est top (il faut choisir la gamme Peach Perfect qui est vraiment parfaite pour le galbe !). Et les brassières, j’en ai aussi (des non asymétriques) qui font très bien le job 💪🏼 Perso, je suis emballée & fan de leurs références !! De belles surprises pour ma part ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello Sanne!! 🇳🇱👩🏼 Great video!! 😀 Well, I have to say that I always have a hard time getting up early in the morning 😅, but I think it's because of the weird schedules we have in Spain (we have lunch around 2:00 - 3 pm; and we have dinner around 9:30 - 10 pm) Yes, it’s crazy 🤪😁

Hi! I don't always stick to my routine and it looks different each day. I do find it easier to follow routines if I'm not too hard on myself and try to listen to my body x

Love your routine so much! I can relate to so many parts of it. Especially the morning walk which is also so important for me. And you're right whether it's only 10 minutes or longer, going outside changes so much. Especially when the sun is shining :) And I also love to stay in airplane mode for as long as possible. It definitely is a good ways to start the day more calm. I also love the AG1 drink, I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it to have this as my morning drink.
