Hi guys!
I'm sharing a little vlog of my first week in Europe since January! I'm not sure why, but when I got to my families house in the Northern part of the country I felt a feeling of joy that I had not experienced before. I was able to come home whenever I wanted to before and with all of this uncertainty, my family members getting older, I was just really worried while I was in LA. We are all going through this at the same time, everyone is separated from someone they love, but together we'll get through this.
Has anyone traveled on a plane recently? I was so anxious when I started my trip, but once we were all on board I started to relax, and I started to get excited for my first trip home since lockdown started in March.

It's so pretty! Max and I might end up in Holland but I am not so sure yet because its always so cold and rainy haha! Sami and I will be filming some new workouts when I get back :)

Thank you for your perspective on just having to do 30 min workouts each day to be healthy. I’ve always assumed that I need to exercise more than 30 mins just to be fit and get rid of fats. Love you Sanne!
I've done this for 7 years now, just 15-30 mins a day of some form of exercise and I have always managed to stay in better shape than when I was doing long workouts, 3x a week. Just make sure you do a little bit of something everyday, it is so much easier than dreading those long hours in the gym!
8:54 " I almost gassed myself" ... lol. I do that all the time with my sunscreen sprays ! 😂😂🤣

Completely agree that you only need 30 minute workouts! I think more people need to change their perspective that they don't actually need to spend hours in the gym every day to get results! It's actually more sustainable to just get moving at some stage during the day, every day! I'm glad you're promoting a normal relationship with exercise! Xx

Oh no your poor mum, my sister lost her sunnies in the north sea in Domburg. The sea was rough but we looked for it expecting for it to be gone, BUT we actually managed to recover it. Plus OMG how nice is you family home I LOVE IT. PLus love the netherlands, I actually live in germany close to the dutch border
Oh it’s great to see you look so happy sanne! And the countryside is so, so beautiful. Things here in my area of Australia are still pretty bad and we are still on lockdown with a curfew, so watching this makes me forget that for a while and gives me hope that soon we can see our families and travel again.

We can still find dannontje in the supermarket in Europe! 😁 I used to do it as well when I was a kid. I remember they sold the little plastic stick to out in before freezing with them. There may still have some of those sticks at my grandma's 😅
