Absolutely! People listen to this man. It's fear, realize nothing is coming to get us. Not time, not people, not things. Everything is really alright. Take a deep breath and dive in. Oh and absolutely quit the daily beat down of smoking weed.! It's not helping, it's holding us back. If i did it after 40 years, anyone can. It's hard to quit at first but it gets easier. In about 10-15 days or so you will feel a lot better. That's a promise. Thanks for all the great videos Bill. 👍

Every day gets easier after giving up weed but I think its three months before you truly start to feel 'rewired'. It's great to enjoy life without weed underpinning it's every pleasure .Personally I can now enjoy it now and again without feeling I need to do it again, and again and again and again...... Saying that though, if you don't have the will or the power, I wouldn't touch it after giving it up. In my experience though I can easily leave it alone now and the habit is broken.

Love your videos man! It’s really been helping me quit weed. Day 12 here. As a fellow former pot head and forever music lover, your content resonates with me a lot. Keep making them!

Thanks Bill! Such a good point. I too was addicted to self help, come to realise they all do the same thing wrapped into another package. And sometimes not even that! Now I understand that I have it in me, I just have to do it, what I knew all along what to do, get on the path. But because I thought, "can I really do it?" I just waited and waited...and being addicted to weed didn´t help. And now, now that the addiction doesn't have a hold on me anymore....I am going to do it, and I trust myself enough..I am enough🙏🏾

I‘m so annoyed of Mark Manson because he‘s always pretending that he‘s not a part of the self help industry or that he is different than the other self help authors while making millions of playing with the hope of his audience.

What do you mean by "Do the thing"?

Late response, but he means the thing you know you have to do. If it's not immediately obvious, take some time to reflect on yourself until you realise it. After you know what it is, be confident you HAVE the power to do it. You're strong, and you can do it. As someone else said, don't doubt yourself. You can do it
